my package was stuck for 6 days at the Chronopost sorting center. I paid for delivery fees and the requested service was not optimal. So, I am not happy with the service provided by Chronopost. Ok product, but terrible customer service :-( Paid $60 for “expedited shipping” in order to receive before Christmas (when I was to share my display with family), and nothing was shipped for days after I ordered it, and they never responded to my multiple attempts to cancel the expedited shipping when unrealized they would never make it in time. They ignored all my requests and sent for $60 anyway, and so I paid $60 for a package that came 16 days after I ordered it - 11 days after I needed it :-(

I also tried to contact the company to see if there was any issue with the shipment and I did not get any response. And the package tracking service was not working.
