Good but delivery a bit long

Your website works very poorly. The communication is very poor. The delivered material is fine

Our order arrived in two instalments - which we appreciated - but with a delay of over a month, which was not expected. Then, thanks to our telephone intervention, we were able to obtain satisfactory explanations. Our satisfaction is mixed.

An item in my order arrived damaged, so I emailed them immediately but received no response. A follow up email to a different email address 4 days later with photos, invoice and delivery note also received no reply. I’ve sent 2 further emails to both customer service email addresses in the vain hope I can get the issue resolved but again I have received no reply to either. It's now 29 days after I received the order. I’ve no other option now than to lodge a complaint with Paypal. Good customer service isn’t difficult but it seems these guys haven’t even heard of it. Disappointed, as this is the first bad review I’ve ever left for a company.

shipping charges for one item was $80.00 for a ten dollar item. I will not order again from this seller.

Many items are not in stock. The delivery times indicated on the site are optimistic, as I have experienced 3 times. These times should be readjusted according to actual average times.

Actually I am still waiting for my order from over a month ago, how much longer do I have to wait ??

i was told there was a tracking number but it never work or said no such package.didn't like their response

Very fast delivery despite the risk of delay. Miraculously arrived in good condition as the item was bouncing around in a MUCH TOO BIG box. Satisfied with my order but packaging to be improved!

Contrary to what some people say online, this is a real store, in Paris. As I like France a lot, I overlook the fact that I had to wait a long time for the goods to arrive. The fact is, an item was offered that was no longer in stock, but the fact is also that 1001hobbies took care of a subsequent delivery...

Very bad because they are supposed to have delivered the package to someone other than me.

I paid $45.99 extra for express shipping to make sure the order arrived before I left the address I was at at the time. When I remembered to check, 1001hobbies never sent it. I emailed to cancel the order because I would not be at that address by the time it would arrive - in fact I would be out of the country, but instead of cancelling the order, they happily announced that they just sent it. I complained again after it arrived, explaining again the situation and saying now I have bother a friend and pay international shipping if I want it order. I also said I would never order from them again. So 1001hobbies replied offering me free shipping on my next order! So just a play to get more money out of me instead of compensating me for my extra expenses. Very unpleasant experience and I do not at all recommend this company.

Be careful to use packaging that matches the contents. An airplane wing is light, so the cardboard is thin, BUT fragile !!!!! The cardboard was split 15 cm down the middle ..... Miraculously, the wing was in a very thin but intact plastic film. A stroke of luck.

Delivery time far too long !!!!

Very good; the order having been delivered only 10 days after the order, I regret that there was no faster information on the delay of the departure of the parcel. Otherwise perfect.

Order arrived earlier than expected very good .. the only downside to the model rims are not there same color as on the photo they are black too bad I would have preferred the silver color

Only 3 stars because the delivery took a little too long for my liking (and I didn't hear from 1001hobbies during that time) and although the cardboard packaging was undamaged, the box containing the model was damaged, but fortunately the contents were unharmed.

Took 4 weeks for myn package to arrive. Zero communication from their side

I placed an order on the 8th November, and one on the 9th November. One arrived quite quickly the other took over a fortnight to arrive

Very good on time ordering, especially if for a gift. Available article turns out to be from third party. At least then correct article arrived.

12 days after purchase I still have not received the puzzle.

I am very satisfied with the service but not at all with the delivery time (25 days!).

There is poor order tracking... if we don't ask where our items are, we wait without any news... and on top of that, the items are out of stock 4 weeks after placing the order and without any compensation!!!!

delivery leaves something to be desired

Smooth to get to the right page and order, too bad half the emails are only in French.....

My first order included a model that was missing parts to which I received a credit that was immediately absorbed on unasked for express shipping. The mistake ended up costing me more money than if I hadn't had a discount at all and it was sent by regular mail. No clarification on the back office change was given other than it happened "thanks to your [my] discount."

The search engine to find an article is average (lots of unrelated articles), but otherwise it's a good site.

A figurine has not been dispatched even though it was available shortly after dispatch.

Customer service and shipping are an imposition. Alleged German customer phone is redirected to France for a high fee.
