Site reasonably easy to use so no issues there. An interesting variety of stuff but on a specific mission which was accomplished.
Only grumble was that the product was sourced from overseas and not .uk as the site hinted at. The service and updates for delivery were good so again, little to moan about!

Unfortunately very late delivery , after calling customer service they tell me they had not been restocked and could not ship it to me on time . Ok however at least they could have warned with an email about the delay . When they sent it to me it arrived quickly , I hope it does not happen to others .

Now I'm getting my money back, even though the correct item would have been available. They must have realized that it was cheaper this way. I will never order here again

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email and had to chase for it. Products did arrive but there was an error with it. Asked for a refund and it was one. I would use them again bearing in mind these issues.0

An Expedition department made up of people incapable of preparing an order correctly. Product missing on delivery, difference between the BL and the order, barcode labels rendering the purchased product unusable...... unheard of! The only positive point was a customer service team (Laure) who fought hard to repair the errors as best they could.... All this with an appreciable cheerfulness. But hey.... I forcibly purchased the same model the Red Brown's Fokker triplane because it was mistakenly presented to me in 1.24 scale.Qyandi the package arrived I found it a 1.32 scale.Sato that I work on 1.24 I had to get another model and make sure it arrived in the required scale.This was not how I voke it.
