Very mixed in this review. Ordered 4 items:
Positive: Eduard prices great others fair
Negative: part number error/description for ICM 72072. It’s I-16 type 18 and not 28 which is ICM 72073. Sorry didn’t receive described item. All 4 packages damaged with Italeri models box actually torn. Open and models themselves are okay. Received message after complaint and basically can return at shipping rate greater than cost of model.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the models. The parts are smaller than I expected and some don't fit together well. 2 out of 3 paints were dry. I had to add a little water to try and make them usable, but it wasn't very good. I think it's expensive for what it is.

I had chosen in-store delivery and I received all the delivery tracking emails to the store as if I was going to receive the order myself. As a result, I wasn't sure whether my delivery choice had actually been registered. But it was, and I was able to collect my parcel as planned. I thought that if I chose in-store delivery, I'd be able to get to know the staff and get some extra advice, but unfortunately they seemed very busy and just handed me my parcel as they would at any other delivery point. Too bad

This latest order was a bit of a hiccup, as the product wasn't really in stock and the lead time was longer than normal, but this was announced at the outset and taken into account. The problem was that, apart from the automatic alerts activated when lead times were exceeded, it was difficult to get concrete feedback on the status of the order. The lead time "2 to 4 weeks" became 6 weeks: order on August 5, received on Sept. 18. But it's fine, just an impatient guy to deal with at home. I know supplies are complicated these days. Thanks to 1001 Hobbies for distributing COBI.

These are physically stocked in the company's warehouse in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier. Available: dispatch within X to X days. These products are not currently in stock at the company's warehouse in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, and are generally dispatched within X to X days following the user's order, depending on the lead times of the various suppliers. Not available: these products are currently out of stock and cannot be ordered at the moment. As a result, some lead times may be extended due to current problems. Languages in store interface and emails are mixed (German, English, partly also French). Delivery was very fast, that's good! The products of Kromlech are unfortunately not so good, very irregular plastic, in some places material is missing (e.g. lower edge of shields).
