This is the second time I ordered from 1001, and both times they got it all wrong. The company has potential if they would get their act together. It made me mad that they kept the cost of shipping, which was more than I paid for the item I never got. Only a partial refund. They suck.

Order and delivery were fine.

Very good selection of products on the site, but very long shipping times because they often don't have the item available (which they mention only after the transaction has been completed) and in the meantime, customer service follow-up lacks responsiveness. Too bad

There's plenty to choose from, but the prices are certainly not the lowest on the market. The site is easy to use and the functionalities efficient.

You don't respect the delivery dates you give and it's very difficult for you to keep us informed about the status of our orders.

So far all great but for paypal fees is no longer up to date

Easy navigation and choice of models. I may have been a little confused by the existence of the same model under different references, but the full list of references is usually given. I've seen better prices on certain models on other sites, but on the whole, 1001 hobbies' prices seem quite fair.

Instead of the products I ordered, I received...reams of paper! This may be due to a rude postal employee, but despite 3 e-mails complaining, I have no response from 1001hobbies...Deplorable!!!!

The reference of certain products is not in conformity with delivery of another product.

one of the products I ordered was not in the package; in fact for a long time that piece was "awaiting supply" based on the directions on the website, but although it took them a month they evidently did not find it. No communication about this has reached me; I wrote on Friday, 23/4, and am waiting for a reply.

Order goes through France and takes quite long, while they promote on the website that it will be shipped within a short time, I ended up waiting 3 weeks

I waited almost a month for the order I requested to arrive.

The search function of the site is good, if while scrolling I see an item that might be of interest and I click on it to look at it more closely and then want to scroll on again the page starts all over again and not from the point where I left off. This is inconvenient because then I have to scroll myself to find the point where I left off.

Puzzles look good and delivery was fast.

You come to 1001 Hobbies for the choice.
On the other hand, the internet ordering system isn't quite up to scratch yet: 1) I'm very careful to choose only models that are immediately available, but unfortunately one of them isn't really available and the whole order is blocked for a week. It's not a big deal, and it may even be my mistake.
2) When the order arrives, a Mig21 has replaced the Avenger ordered. My son, who thinks the plane is cool, agrees to do it. I finally write to 1001 Hobbies to tell them we're okay with keeping the model in place of the Avenger, despite their mistake.... no reply...
I'm left with the disappointment of not having received the model I wanted, and no response to the flexibility we've shown in dealing with a 1001 Hobbies error.... There's still room for improvement. Jean-Baptiste

After ordering 3 items on March 2, 2021 I finally received my package on Apr 21, 2021. Imagine my surprise when I opened it and DID NOT FIND ANY ITEMS I HAD ORDERED. That's right, they were 0 for 3. I do not know who they have working in their packing department but the person is incompetent! It appears somehow that my order was switched with someone else's and after waiting over 6 weeks for my items I am disgusted with 1001Hobby's ability to fulfill an order!

I have been a customer since 2013.
1001 has an excellent catalog of products, both models to assemble and tools and materials for modeling. That is why I am a loyal customer. However there is one aspect that should be improved and that is the delivery. Normally deliveries are not very fast and in some cases desperately long. My last order took exactly TWO months to arrive. However I hope to remain a customer.

Eventually satisfied. Too bad you don't get a confirmation. Had to email back and forth and wait a bit long for reply, but reply came. Item ended up being slightly damaged, but this is most likely due to shipping.

I bought some letters, they arrived in good condition and everything was well packed, the bad thing is that I waited 3 weeks for the arrival of the package, it is true that the web specified that it would take 5 working days to be sent but it was sent on the 11th working day plus the time it took the courier to transport the box. On the 6th working day I asked about the package and they answered me saying what happened in the end.

Once again catastrophic!!! I think I'm going to stop my experience with this site.An article that was supposed to arrive between 4 and 6 weeks and which took in the end almost 3 months......
