Initially not a positive experience, made payment but did not receive an order, later seemed to have been a bug in the system. Unreachable by phone, repeatedly emailed, but that did not provide a solution. Finally got someone on the line, who solved everything nicely. Too bad my son didn't get the promised item to make up for it. Car is super cool though!

I was concerned after reading some review saying the items had not turned up and difficulty in contacting 1001. I was going to give it a couple of weeks but the concern was short lived as the model was delivered in a little over a week from ordering even coming from france and delivered by UPS.

Very good, reliable site, on time delivery. Very good brand, at least as good as LEGO. Fortunately 1001 Hobbies offers them, as they are very rare. The only drawback is that delivery is to a relay point and not to your home.

Had problem with first delivery being lost in transit but once I contacted them about the delivery they pulled out all the stops to make sure it was delivered promptly the second time, even giving me the live tracker to check on its progress. Well done

One star, unfortunately less is not there. Eternal delivery time (more than two months), not all the merchandise arrived as it was out of stock (even though it was available in the shop), you cannot get a refund for missing items but only a voucher of equal value that I will never use given the very high shipping costs (not covered by the voucher).
So basically I waited two months, didn't receive all the items I ordered and lost money on them as well. Non-existent customer service. lousy! Avoid if possible.

The package came in a box 3 times the size of the package to be received, and, even so, it arrived dented. I understand that with all the packaging it had, it had not been in transit, but was already packed with the blow. The order has to be placed without premium, approx. 10 days to arrive.

This was a complete rip-off for the price. A very very sub standard model kit from Heller that 1001 hobbies should not be selling. Missing parts, inaccurate instructions and impossible to finish satisfactorily. I am a level 5 model maker so no fool. Very very disappointed with 1001. Of

processing took too long, I placed an order on the site for items declared to be in stock, and in the end half my order was out of stock. 3 months later they warned me that one of the items was unavailable for an indefinite period and issued me a credit note. when I received the parcel, two items were missing and there was no order summary sheet inside. It was only later that I realized they were missing, and with the waiting time I thought I'd ordered the 2 missing items elsewhere.

I have no complaints about the product. I can't give it a 5-star rating because the delivery took much longer than originally planned. The package was even returned to 1001hobbies. I'll skip the details and thank Laure from 1001hobbies (I hope I've got the right person) who did everything she could to resolve this postal imbroglio as quickly as possible.

Satisfied with the products, but the delivery did take a very long time. Was beginning to think I had booked on a fake account and could whistle for the products ordered. An email that there is a delay will not be bad for delivery problems.

I HAVE CLAIMED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WITH MULTIPLE MAILINGS. The delivery is wrong, they arrived in 1:72 scale and I ordered 1:48 scale. Please solve it as soon as possible. It was for my son's birthday and I have not been able to finish the model and give him his surprise.
