I received an AUTOMATIC voucher for the amount of the undelivered products, but I would have preferred to wait two days longer and receive a complete delivery.

Truly awful company. Ordered some scale figures, then realised they were the wrong scale. Emailed to cancel. Even though they admitted that they hadn't yet sent them, they refused to cancel the order and went ahead and sent them! Will never use again, and advise everyone to avoid.
