Hello I ordered a product from you with the following order number HVEXS17JQ you didn't have it in stock so I cancelled my order but you sent it to me anyway. You offered to reimburse me if I didn't get my parcel back, which I did under your advice. I still haven't been reimbursed. The order was placed on 26112020 and you told me to contact the accounting department again. That's at least three times, but I get the impression that no effort is being made on your part.

I give the kit itself high marks. Very accurate representation of the Fw-19 A5. Also in my favorite scale.1/18th. The only complaints I have about my experience is that the model came wrapped in a single layer of thin bubble wrap. Fortunately no damage but an external protective box would have been safer. Also as regards the kit no swastika decals were provided. I understand international laws regarding the swastika but not even supplying decals for a display model is in my opinion somewhat extreme. Overall happy with 1001 Hobbies and Hobby Bosss kit.

Very good assistance from the staff in resolving the questions I had. Materials of good brands and responsive to my needs. One flaw the estimated delivery for Italy through French post and Italian post spend more than a week tral order and delivery and no 45 days as estimated. Great item a very competitive price however there was a delay with the delivery as it came from outside the UK which I wasn���t aware of when I ordered and it was held by the couriers as there was missing paperwork which they had to wait for this was a copy of the invoice which when I received the delivery was in a open clear document pocket taped on the outside of the parcel this had all my personal details and some bank details on the document that could be accessed by anyone that chose to do so I can���t say I am very impressed with this so I will be thinking hard and long before I orde

Order placed on February 12 and still no dispatch notice. Very slow order preparation even though the products were in stock. I give 2 stars because there are a lot of references on this site. But when you charge for delivery at this rate and more than 10 days later you still have nothing at home for no apparent reason, it's a shame.
