For a company out side of America the service is pretty good.

I still haven't received the model I ordered on December 16, despite paying €14.99 for delivery within 48 hours! My package has still not left. Impossible to chat with them on their site. I left an e-mail on Saturday but no reply to date. Very disappointed. I hope to receive this gift for my husband sooner.

The shipping time didnt seem very clear and I was unaware of how long my order would take. Once the shipping commenced it gave me a better idea of its status just still not an overall delivery date. Otherwise I was very pleased.

I am very pleased with my purchase but very unhappy because the instructions are not in French and it is very constraining to use my gift I sent an email but I received a response only for the purchase of spare parts and manuals.

Hello After paying nearly 10€ for a 48h delivery I was delivered in 96h. I'm told it's the health crisis. I work in the children's sector and we too have been faced with a health crisis since 130320 and have had to reinvent ourselves to be able to work more or less normally. So I think it's a shame to charge for a service we don't provide.

First order, the item purchased was no longer available. I was offered a credit note, which I accepted, but it was for the wrong amount. The problem was solved immediately after opening a PayPal dispute. Second order made with part of the famous credit note. Order received complete and on time.

Beautiful Tamiya model aircraft 1:48 swiftly delivered from France to Italian address in good condition. The laptop web site better than the iPhone version, which seems to have some key links missing (e.g. legal info and password reset)

Not so good as a first experience because I got the wrong merchandise. But very well afterwards because after an email they acted immediately to send me the right merchandise. I will definitely buy again.

As much as in general it is a serious efficient store with good assistance over several years I have had some unpleasant surprises including lastly sending a model that was not ordered instead of one moreover of a different scale that was no longer available even though it showed up on the site. I don't know if the mishap was due to a failure to update the site in real time but I would have found it more logical to keep the money on credit for a later order rather than send a model that I was not interested in forcing me to waste time sending it back. That aside, I am pleased with the wide variety of models and the reliability of the system.

I'm very happy with my order, but I'd like to point out that it took me more than a week to receive it, and that it was impossible to track it.

I ordered it 20 days ago and paid for it, but when I log in to the parcel delivery service I see that it hasn't been sent by 1001hobbies. I then asked why by e-mail and got no answer. I have adapted it because a good follow-up has been made.

I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 7-9 business days and instead took 12. Since it was an item I was supposed to decorate for Christmas each day of delay was heavy to catch up on. A meager communication came from support about the delay in restocking and this unnerved me because if you don't have the item in stock you don't sell it. If I had in fact known it was out of stock I would have purchased the same item from another retailer at a lower price where the estimated delivery time was 10 business days. Another thing: since the item has a cone shape I asked for gift wrapping (cost 2.50€) to have something more ""professional"" than what I could have done (who with packages anyway I do pretty well) and I was delivered the cone simply wrapped in a sheet of colored paper and with a scotch tape closure to say the least embarrassing. I think with a little more care and attention something better could have been done. I am not giving a star because with the purchase anyway I was given a 5€ off coupon on my next purchase. I will most likely not use it but it is still a kind thought.

I am tired of not getting an answer about an order I placed on 11-15-2020. More than a month and they have not even delivered it to the post office to deliver it. Please give me my money back because if it doesn't arrive before 12-23-2020 I don't need the order anymore.
