The site is well organized The site is well organized. Prices seem to be pretty good compared to other sites. My problem is with the shipping - while this is not a problem 1001models is responsible for, I have not received the order I placed on 10-31. The only tracking info I've received indicates that the United States Postal Service accepted the package in France for delivery on November 11. Since then, the package has disappeared into a lost package hell. I've begun trying to get help finding the package and effecting delivery from both 1001models and the U.S. Postal Service. So far, it hasn't been located.

Not the best customer service or quality Placed an order and then my problems started! Had no order confirmation just payment details, upon further investigation the website came up as a scam! Sent an enquiry to them and asked them to cancel my order and also enquired as to what was wrong with their website unfortunately this resulted in several rude emails from them refusing to cancel my order, and not once explaining what was wrong with their website.However my order did arrive and sadly not the best quality! I would recommend shop around for your models and avoid these people.

6th negative review... order 711 ... no reaction apart from a message telling me that customer service will contact me ... I'm still waiting ... I'll have to move up a gear with registered mail and procedure and etc etc ... too bad, I just wanted to make a model and not have to deal with this! in any case, one thing's for sure: NEVER AGAIN will I get 1001 MAQUETTES !!!! reply this morning from customer service, who are supposed to get back to me today ... that's only the third time and still nothing ... what a box!

My experience so far is to select and pay for goods which are not then delivered. The delivery company Hermes failed to find our address which has been here for 40 years and returned the item to you. I suggest you find a reliable delivery company and either return our money or provided the goods. Update Still had no contact from customer service as promised. But have had 2 deliveries today from Hermes via separate companies with no problems! How long is a couple of days replying to me? This is a Christmas present and it will be difficult to explain why someone has got nothing from me on Xmas day.

Nu bleek dat mijn bestelde product niet geleverd kon worden kreeg ik eerst een mail met 3 opties: annuleren en geld retour, een credit of een alternatief product. Na gemaild te hebben dat ik de order graag gecancelled zie en mijn geld retour krijg. Vervolgens komt er een nieuwe mail binnen waarbij de optie tot terugbetaling van de bestelde goederen is weggehaald maar geen response op mijn eerder gestuurde e-mail.. beetje apart. Al met al tot dusver een slechte ervaring en mijn geld nog niet retour ik vermoed dat dit een ongoing story gaat worden gezien het stroeve verloop tot nu. Mochten de zaken binnen korte termijn netjes en correct worden opgelost pas ik uiteraard mijn review hiernaar aan.

I'm very disappointed - I placed my order on November 6 and still haven't received anything, even though it was supposed to have been shipped on the 18th.

very slow delivery

More than a week to prepare a parcel I've never seen that anywhere else. It's cheaper and just as fast to ship to China.

No problem with the order but the delivery took far too long. More than a month is not right...

I'd like to come back to my previous negative review. The after-sales service contacted me on 2 occasions to try and find a solution with their supplier for the missing parts. I appreciate this commercial approach and hope that it will help me to find a solution.

Well still nothing received my note should be slightly higher if I receive my order by December 11 but do not expect sparks!!!! That aside, disappointed for a 1

I'm giving it 2 stars because the product seems fine, but the packaging needs to be improved! A huge cardboard box for 1 small box lost in the middle of plastics is excessive and not environmentally friendly.

I was sent a voucher with a 5% discount by email for my late delivery. I then wanted to place a new order and claim the discount. The discount code cannot be entered or is not known at 1001hobbies. So no new order as the 5% discount promise cannot be claimed. Promises alone are not enough - they should also be kept.

The package "preparation" took 10 days (!) although the goods were in stock. Two small recipients and 4 plastic tubes. The goods were then registered with DHL for 3 days. After a total of 16 days I received the goods in an A4 envelope. You are repeatedly put off. Very bad store. If you can no longer manage the orders, give other delivery times or block the purchases. This was the first and also the last time I ordered something here. One star is still too much rather 3 minus stars. By the way, you can delete the telephone number on your website. You can't reach anyone after the electronic announcement the call is ended. You can keep the €5 voucher sent by e-mail. Normally I should receive the total amount paid from you as I am extremely late. UPDATE: It has now been 5 days since 1001Hobbies sent me the email below in response to my review saying that they would get back to me immediately. Nobody has contacted me. What a store.

The postal service is very, very slow and prices can be improved.

I placed an order on 2712 and to this day they do not tell me when I will receive it as it is still in process and they have removed it from stock. It is a shame because they give me long. Here I do not buy again I hope to receive it someday because if not I will go to consumers to put one.

On 15-11-2020 I placed an order and today 10-12-2020 I still have not received it. In the post office in the tracking of the shipment they say that it is preregistered the day 26-11-2020 which means that they have not yet delivered the package at the post office. Very bad fatal a d

It has taken an age to be delivered then when they do they don���t leave the package on the porch or put it through the Letterbox they take it away again-

I ordered a product which I later found out had to be sourced from elsewhere so there was a delay. I did receive the goods in due course. However, my biggest gripe was the lack of and poor communication throughout. Otherwise ok.

3 stars because very fast delivery is well highlighted on the site.... To me only after reminder and Delivery after more than 3 weeks.

Hello, my parcel has still not been delivered to the Boissy relay point. It has gone back to Paris 11 ?? even though it never arrived in Boissy. I know the person who runs the relay point. What's more, I've sent you 2 reminder emails on the subject, to which I've never received a reply. I'm therefore expecting a rapid response from you so that I can be delivered.

Goods are ok but 250€ gift wrapping for a mini piece of paper primitively wrapped and without a gift bow that disappointed me very much.

I placed an order on November 4th. On November 25th it is pre-registered at the post office pending to be taken to the post office for distribution. Today is December 8 (more than 1 month after placing the order) and it is still pending to be taken to the post office for distribution.
