More than 3 weeks delay to receive the order !!! Payment was taken immediately. On receipt: the resin part broken into several unrecoverable pieces! No rigid packaging to protect the pieces just a bubble envelope 10 times too big. And we pay 8€ for shipping. Pathetic. Compared with European sites that ship within 3 days with a parcelag

Two problems with the delivery: I asked for a home delivery but it didn't take place, so I had to collect the parcel from the post office. Apparently a problem with colissimo in my area. So I paid more for home delivery, which I didn't get. Second thing: one of the puzzle boxes arrived very damaged, apparently dented by one of the other boxes. Otherwise, the products are exactly as pictured on the online ordering site.

This is a quality kit but let down by flimsy and ill defined instructions. Diagrams are poor and the order of construction is not clear. Parts are of a high standard and the tyres (for both models-custom and stock) particularly good. So good kit but the instructions -on two sides of one sheet of paper-lack clarity.

I bought six items on 19-09-20 under number 50AGD19ZL and received only five last week ! Three days ago I spoke to an English speaking lady of your customer service who told me that in your system only two items were sent to me????. According to you I should still receive three items while I am missing one Z6217 ( British 25lb howitzer) I was supposed to receive a refund voucher by mail but haven't received it yet! Your administration is apparently a chaos and you are totally not customer friendly!

I was a bit hesitant to place an order requiring overseas shipping from a shop new to me especially for a kit offered at a reasonable price which seemed out of availability everywhere else in the world. What I received was a mint-perfect kit well packaged for safe shipping delivered with amazing speed and overall wonderful service!!! Just plain WOW. Would give more than five stars if I could!!!!
