an order not honored, which is understandable given the context. But no follow-up, no contact, contradictory information (refunds sent, puzzles replaced, etc.). No reliable information and no response for 15 days despite emails sent no refund and no shipment.

I paid 12 euros for fast shipping as it was a birthday gift. It's been a month and nothing zero solutions. ES

I ordered 2 Simpsons talking bottle openers. The packaging on one was already open on receipt & didn���t work. The other is properly packaged but you can test the talking as there���s an instruction on the packet to do that. It doesn���t work either. The same day I received them I emailed 1001 model kits & explained. I sent photos. I said I wanted to return them & get either 2 that worked or a refund. I got an email back saying they didn���t accept back things that had been opened & suggested that they might need new batteries!! These things were new! But I had not opened them - they are still as they were as I���m still waiting to hear from them about what they���re going to do! Disgusted with the quality of goods and the lack of customer service. They are not fit for purpose. I���m about ��30+ down and left with 2 useless products. Good price, range and dispatch, although delivery was disappointing even considering crisis. Lack of recognisable item codes as well as their reference makes more difficult to find things - and appearance on search engines

Cobi 2508a ordered Cobi 2508 received :- According to the online store, the correct product was available but unfortunately the confirmation ONLY says 2508 and the product suddenly disappeared from the online store """". Disappointing but you learn from it.

Parts are missing.

Parcel well received serious follow-up on the other hand I had to repurchase an adapter of English-French plug.

I am awarding 4 stars because the advertisement leads one to believe you are a UK based company and it was only when I was advised by Hermes that they had a parcel from B2C Europe and upon subsequent delivery that I realised you were based outside UK. That in itself is not a problem, I am happy to deal with companies outside UK, it was just not expected. Apart from that excellent, kits were as ordered and dispatched promptly but delivery was longer than I expected as I thought you was UK based, but was ok considering you are not UK based..

It was a gift and he loved it

On an order that there were problems with the supplier for 2 items out of 10 they did not send me the order. It has been 20 days. I have asked them to advance me what they have but they tell me that they will send me the order only when everything is ready. I am still waiting

I placed an order on June 10th, payment was confirmed on the 12th, it is now the 19th and the order is still in process. I ordered all the products that according to the website were in stock, so I don't understand the delay in receiving the order.

Once I have contacted them via support on the webpage they finally told me there was an issue with the stock levels, which is understandable but should have been made aware at time or purchase or been contacted directly when prior the expected delivery date. Once they reply via email any response you send back there is no action. I had to contact the 6 times via the support every time going no where. 10 days after the expected delivery date, and after for the 3rd time requesting to cancel the order and refund the money, I receive a new order confirmation email, UNBELIEVABLE. As soon I receive the parcel It will sent back and hoping the 30days money back guarantee is not an other scam. This is not how you treat your customers.

The interlocking parts weren't properly calibrated - a few mm off, but enough to complicate fitting. I had to push a bit to get it to fit, and the fasteners broke. Result: 90€ down the drain. For 90€ I expected better quality. In short, first and last f

Do not buy anything, they are scammers. I ordered several things from them and they didn't send everything. I sent them several mails and they don't even answer. Not recommended at all.

Had absolutely no issues ordering a body kit from them from overseas they packed and shipped it fast and it was exactly what I ordered. They kept my order status up to date via emails and shipping notifications.

Good overall despite the difficult economic climate. Sincerely

An incomplete package and a commercial response that was not followed up. Deplorable!

I placed my order and paid in full on May 29, 2020. To date, I have had no news about my order and no advice of any kind about delivery times. I regularly check the site, which tells me that my order has been in process since June 1, 2020 and that one of the requested products is being restocked, but no details of any kind have been given to me, even though the site has my full contact details, including my e-mail address. This shows not only a lack of follow-up but above all a lack of consideration for my needs.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Could have been shipping. But pleased with the product.

First shipment returned to sender, then my order was shipped to me urgently.

The box arrived in very poor condition not to mention the waiting time

I had ordered 4 pots of paint""flat black"" from Tamyia . Although the shipment was very satisfactory, the quality of the paint was not the same. My first order was completely satisfactory (glass jar with color label), but this latest order (glass jar with black and white label only), while the color was perfect, the texture wasn't the same. I was careful to mix it, but it was never so fluid and so easy to apply. So I don't know if it's much thicker than it was originally, or if the thicker pots of paint have been used.

pretends to have goods you pay and then you get the message it can not be delivered and to the good end is still a nice end that it was then so that I looked at the page and had to realize that the article I had ordered is still supposed to be available and can be delivered in 2-4 weeks. so once and never again. oh yes at the end it was still said I may order something with the same value and or get a voucher for a next purchase. A totally bad behavior towards customers. I can only advise against ordering there
