Hello I took a delivery by collissimo proposed by the site. The result is edifying! -The first delivery was not made even though we had been at home all day (plus I had given my mobile number)! -Second attempt. The delivery man claims there's no name on the box! Bravo, we'll have to get him some glasses! Another day blocked for nothing! -Third attempt. Parcel available from 11h00 at the post office. Result exceptional closure of the office. Of course I paid for this service, it's simply theft and a huge disappointment for my son who was impatiently waiting for his parcel. After 21 days still not received my package. Super model, correct delivery time. However, the model's packaging came unstuck in one place and the brush didn't fit (not great for a gift, but not too bad either) and it's full of dust.
