Very bad experience on May 1st I ordered a model that never arrived nobody contacted me and nobody solved anything. Today July 13 I still have not received the refund. Always after them. I am very disappointed

Good, but beware of the delivery time (I should point out that my order was placed during the sales period. This may explain the 4 or 5 days between the creation of the order and its validation.

Out of an order of 8 items, one arrived wrong (possibly due to a mistake by the warehouse worker in reading the code). Now I find myself with one item not requested and one to be requested again. As a start it is not very promising.

In principle, there's absolutely nothing to say except about delivery times. That's the only thing that can be improved. Otherwise, the choice of prices and the quality of the packaging are perfect.

The whole purchase itself has been correct but 10€ shipping costs for a time of between 7-10 working days seems excessive both financially and in waiting times. If the shipping is free I think those times are acceptable but since you pay 10 € should be given a better service.
