As much as I had nothing to say about my first order, for my second order I received a faulty product that I reported over a week ago... and still no response from the after-sales service. Update from 18072019 : I'm lowering the rating by one star because I followed their instructions given in response to this message and 10 days later... still nothing. Update from 03082019: More than 5 weeks after my complaint I no longer expect anything from you. Maybe I'll go back to the competition for my next orders. It took 10 days for the order to be sent (and not 8 as stated on my order history, and even 8 days is a long time), then the delivery time in total took 21 days for the parcel to arrive, almost as long as Chinese sites. What's more, the free delivery conditions weren't clear.

Excellent site

My order was placed on June 11, 2019. Delivery was promised in 2 to 4 working days. I was therefore confident I would have it for Father's Day. To be sure I even paid a supplement to be delivered faster by Colissimo. Big disappointment because the product was finally delivered.
