Okay Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

Shocking customer service Awful phone system. Extremely slow delivery, 2-3 weeks when already dispatched. Nothing was stated on website at time of purchase. Awful email received. Very upsetting to be called a liar and slating my behaviour for leaving an honest review....

I sent an item worth 21509 plus shipping costs back to the DHL proof of posting and to the return address I was given. Sent back on 27.05.2019. Today is July 21 and I have not received my money back. Never again. Corrupt actions abroad poor communication at the expense of the customer!!! Over 200 euros is a lot of money I have to work for!

Nothing to say, the material corresponds well and the packaging is ok. The only problem is the time between order and delivery. A bit long. What's more, I got a message saying that your parcel was arriving at your relay point today, but it wasn't. It was only 2 days later that the same message arrived and it turned out to be wrong.

A very mediocre service they sell and charge references that appear in stock and then it is not true.The transport company disappeared ..... a very bad experience after paying in advance...... do not deliver all products paid and can take up to a month and a half in delivery. This is my first purchase and I am disappointedI am very hesitant to continue as a customer.

I have been looking for 2 specific Top Flite Greatplanes ARF�s for years and years. Both ARF�s were discontinued more than 10 years ago. Guess what? 1001 Modelkits had them in stock! I could not believe I finally found the planes. Shipping to the USA took more than a week both planes arrived securely and in flawless condition. Couldn�t be happier. Thanks!
