Very good, but delivery time a bit long - my second order arrived before the first and they didn't have the sense to check what was in progress on their computer system. For model paints, the classification could be clearer. But on the whole, it's serious. It's worth noting that my fellow modeler received a very poorly packed parcel, which was partially opened on arrival. So there are a few things I'd like to get back on track, but it's just a matter of time.

It's been a month since I placed the order and I still haven't received it. My experience with them is terrible

Quick processing of the order, just one slight problem: a paint model appeared as gloss on the website, whereas it is actually satin, which is what I thought and hoped, so in the end everything turned out fine.

Too bad you didn't answer my message when I ordered. It's also a pity to have received my Humbrol gloss 208 paint pot partly crushed, this not being due to transport, the packaging having arrived in perfect condition. For the rest R A S Patrick DUMAS

Order placed on 03.05.2018 ... Goods not received until today. Anyone ordering here must know that it is not delivered from DE. It comes from France. When ordering was specified shipping in 24h this took place only after 15 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable. Now the package has been damaged and is with DHL. IT NERVT. Was the first and last time I ordered something here.

Very fast delivery, team that listens, I recommend... BUT if I may say so: I ordered a kit and there was a mistake in the choice of paints. I had attached a visual with my order that clearly identified the paints I needed. After contacting you by phone, the member of your team clearly acknowledged that it was a mistake on your part. However, here's what I'm told: It's impossible for you to send me the missing paint because the shipping costs are higher than the product itself. So I have to buy the missing paint at my own expense (which I won't do), even though you are 100% responsible for this error, which you acknowledged... I therefore feel that it was up to you to repair it. It's all the more annoying because I took a lot of time to detail my order: by phone and via the chat on your website. This model is a project close to my heart. It's a pity that this important point (yes, one color less is annoying when you have a precise idea in mind...) has tarnished the experience when a small gesture would have allowed you to make a happy customer. Following your reply, I'd like to clarify, since you don't seem to have read it: I SENT A PHOTO WITH MY ORDER TO CHOOSE THE COLORS. I THEN CONTACTED YOU BY PHONE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE RIGHT COLORS WOULD BE CHOSEN. It was you who advised me to take this kit and that your colleague would select the paints I had requested. Don't pretend you don't understand, I have the impression that you didn't read my message, which is just as well.

The delivery and after-sales service is unfortunate. I bought a model in January and today May 23rd I am still waiting for my money back. Right now they have the model and I do not get my money back in fact they do not even answer my emails. I do not recommend you to buy anything on this site: 1001maquetas Regrettable service! Today 29th day I still have not received my money despite the response from the store.

Good site, although lacking in rarer items such as vintage aircraft, and fast, responsive shipping.... perhaps too responsive, as they sent me several emails and especially sms messages on my mobile because I'd looked at an item but hadn't ordered it. So not bad, but don't have a sales policy that's too agreeable.

Unacceptable Service I placed my order on 4/28/2018 Saturday and I have not received my items as of 5/22/2018. The website says it shipped my item on 5/7/2018 the following Monday. 1 whole week (5 days) and they did not ship item until the following week. not on 4/30, not on 5/1,5/2,5/3 or 5/4/2018 but the following monday 5/7/2018. The items I ordered are small and would fit in a small envelope. I don't understand why it would take so F&%$#@ long to send 2 templates. website is very deceiving with USA Contact information when they are out of Europe! First and last time I will use this site. I only wish I receive my items soon or at all.I made a huge mistake.

Order was processed quickly. However, shipping was a little delayed! Otherwise very satisfied.

DELIVERY TIME TOO LONG The dispatch note mentions May 3rd. But in fact the parcel only left on May 14th. There was no response from customer service. I will not use this company again.

Lots of choice and fast delivery

It has taken 14 days since I paid for it and I have sent two emails and they haven't even replied.

I ordered goods from you on 30.04.18 which have not yet arrived on 16.05.18. On 7.5.18 I received the message that it has been sent. Question: Will it arrive on foot?????

After 20 days I have not received anything . Only one communication after my requests with a very stupid answer that smacks of an apology . I will take legal action against these pseudo sellers Continue to publish lies . In the reply sent.a.ma it talks about a technical error on the part of your shipping department . I take legal action I do not intend to lose 75 euros .

OK transaction I dont believe in giving negative feedback unless its really warranted. A few things slightly irked me with the transaction though, I didnt see that this was coming from outside the UK until i got to the end of the process. I had searched for UK suppliers and this site came up. Time till dispatch was pretty long and i though postage a bit high for a decal sheet. Other than that all was good - easy to find what i wanted etc

I'm sorry that the order preparation time is so long, almost a week. What's more, the box is huge for two small boxes - huge volume = very high international shipping costs. No personal note in the box either, even though this is done almost everywhere. You can feel that the boxes have been put in the box and that's a shame.
