SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE

Jolly good, but be prepared for a bit of a wait for delivery. After I'd ordered from 1001 (due to the very competitive price) I read the Trust Pilot reviews which made me wonder if I'd done the right thing. However, although the model car was delivered with all the speed of a glacier - 11 days, in these days when we're used to instant gratification - and after four emails (one duplicated) letting me know they were dealing with my order and had posted it about five days after receiving it, everything was OK despite the contents rattling inside the outer packaging box. (A little more scrunched up paper next time chaps!). Thus, all good, but be prepared to be patient while waiting for your order to be delivered

The contacts, the orders and the help have been very satisfactory. The delivery system leaves something to be desired. I had to travel 30 kms to pick up my order at the relay point. Best regards Pau

Supply lead times too long...when the product is not in stock, the customer has no information and waits for his order. I don't think it's up to the customer to follow up, but up to you 1001 Maquettes to keep him informed of new deliveries.

Goods (2 weeks) have not yet arrived. There is no response to inquiries

Purchased on 10/16/17 Super Mario Bros. Puzzle Ground Pound Available delivery 2-4days. Called 1 week around Delivery within a week sorry. Bad German French accent.2 weeks around called delivery within a week sorry. so it went on for 6 weeks. Parcel came from France via the Netherlands. I only received false tracking numbers and none for DHL. The same gentleman with the French accent was always difficult to understand, not least because of his loudness. alternative numbers or employees were not available. He was quiet and relatively friendly but not much help. Constantly saying ""delivery will definitely come within a week"" in the hope that it will be right at some point doesn't help. luckily we had bought other birthday presents elsewhere. Even the Chinese would have been quicker and for half the money. Juice store never again!!!!!

Delivery time is completely unacceptable. Packaging looks used.

Excellent choice, but perhaps a few automotive models are missing, such as some Volvo 240 740 760 850 940 Berton... Some finer grit sandpaper 6000 8000 12000... Otherwise very good site! Kind regards CALLENS B

Unbelievable. Parcel has not arrived yet. Disaster. Not to be recommended.

Fast order placement but delivery a bit long!

Large and extensive range but unfortunately.... I had to wait almost a month for a letter (1 decal sheet). What's more, it didn't come in the form of a letter but in a parcel which I also had to collect from the post office. I have already mentioned the long delivery times several times. Regardless, this criticism is ignored. The delivery service is simply unprofessional.

I realize 1001 Modelkits has no control of the postal system so technically I cannot hold them at fault for this large delay. However, after seeing many complaints about orders not being received at all or seriously delayed I would expect that 1001 Modelkits would make other arrangements to insure the best possible customer service. I believe most customers would pay an extra fee for some trackable shipping service that would hopefully avoid these types of situations.
