I'm a bit disappointed, but the problem was solved fairly quickly. For example, regarding the stock on the website. I ordered an item which was available in stock but which was not dispatched within a few days as indicated. But I'd still recommend them, as the team did their utmost to sort it out, and many thanks for the wide choice of good quality models.

Ordering and delivery: no problem at all. All that remains is to assemble the model to see if it's the right material. NB: not all paints are oven-baked

very bad experience with this site. stock not updated. paint order placed with them with stock available listed on the site. but two weeks later i have to call them to be told that my order is not going to be shipped because of 3 references that are on order... no initiative on their part (delayed shipment, commercial gesture...) I wouldn't recommend them

I placed the order on a Sunday in the evening. I selected ""prepayment"" as the payment method. On Tuesday afternoon, less than 48 hours after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the retailer with a payment reminder. With all due respect, I think it would be appropriate and fair if the retailer gave the customer a little more time to process the payment, even with prepayment. After all, the usual bank transit times must also be taken into account. In return, the retailer did not seem to be in a particular hurry to send the goods, especially when the money is already in his account. Although a delivery time of only a few days was stated, delivery took almost two weeks. Only a friendly reminder to deliver the goods now got things moving. The retailer then sent the goods by DHL parcel. However, the item I ordered was flat and fitted into an A-4 envelope without any problems. It could therefore also have been sent by maxi letter (with the option of registered mail). Firstly, this would have saved shipping costs and secondly, I wouldn't have had to sacrifice an entire day waiting for the parcel carrier. Unfortunately, I cannot yet provide any information about the item itself as the construction of the Bismark is not expected to take place until spring 2018. First the aircraft carrier ""Graf Zeppelin"" will be started.

Lousy business dealings I bought a model the first package without content but customs costs the second package with content but again customs costs. Who will reimburse me - because of this company - for my first customs costs?

I have been a customer for many years. On all orders I have had no delivery problems. Record delivery compared to other suppliers. But this time! The lid of a Tamiya paint can was broken in transit. 1001 maquettes exchanged it for me straight away.

First got response ""you should receive your product soon"". After asking again a week later, for the first time somebody would check if the shipment might have been lost (?!?!?!?) This is the first time I have purchased … This is the first time I have purchased from this company after I had ordered my goods I looked at some of the less favourable reviews about delivery and the wrong goods being sent As the time went on I got nervous about my goods turning up and sent them a stiff email then the next day my goods turned up well packaged and as ordered it took a week from start to finish that for me is to long especially as all the kits I ordered were tagged as shipped in 24 hours in stock so I might use them in future if they have a kit I can't find at my usual model dealers on line but at least these companies you order one day and you get it the next but as I say the goods did arive in the end.

site too expensive and delivery too long!

order placed on 03112017 shipped on 07112017 apparently not shipped the same day due to logistician error? As of today 12112017 the order has still not been dispatched.

I received the package on time and in good condition. The only downside is the price for some models, which is up to 50% more than some retailers (the A 400M on the site is 93€, while others offer it for less).

Maquettes received perfect on time with no problem. Thank you very much.
