This is the first time I have purchased ... This is the first time I have purchased from this company after I had ordered my goods I looked at some of the less favourable reviews about delivery and the wrong goods being sent As the time went on I got nervous about my goods turning up and sent them a stiff email then the next day my goods turned up well packaged and as ordered it took a week from start to finish that for me is to long especially as all the kits I ordered were tagged as shipped in 24 hours in stock so I might use them in future if they have a kit I can't find at my usual model dealers on line but at least these companies you order one day and you get it the next but as I say the goods did arive in the end.

site too expensive and delivery too long!

order placed on 03112017 shipped on 07112017 apparently not shipped the same day due to logistician error? As of today 12112017 the order has still not been dispatched.

I received the package on time and in good condition. The only downside is the price for some models, which is up to 50% more than some retailers (the A 400M on the site is 93€, while others offer it for less).

The waiting time until it arrives at the address is too long and you also have to pay shipping costs.

No parcel received to date

Ordered on October 10th and still haven't received anything. If I don't receive anything by Monday, I'll have to cancel my order. Otherwise, the customer service team responds quickly and is very attentive. The delivery service leaves something to be desired.

I think that accepting an order without having the product in stock, making the customer wait several months without warning him and waiting for him to phone (at his own expense in Paris) from Belgium to get an answer, which seems to me to be curious to say the least, is not acceptable. The least you can do is warn the customer as soon as the order is placed and let him know that he will have to wait etc... If I have understood correctly, I will receive my parcel this Monday!

Asked for refund to PayPal for that item, got a future sale voucher (fat chance) instead. Got that cleared up, they asked if I still wanted item that was in stock. Cancelled order in frustration, no credit to my PayPal to date, handed it to them for resolution. Customer Service people very nice, polite but company procedures hamper them resolving problems. Ordered from them once before with no issues two years ago, perhaps sales are now so good they can afford to kick a couple customers to the curb.

Still waiting for response in knowing if the contents of the confenzione is complete I sent attached email with photos of the contents from an initial phone call very friendly the next day I had immediately received response with attached pictures of the descriptive sheets of the model I purchased for comparison I responded with the above photos still not having received response

Last 12122016 I placed an order that was charged to my account on 14122016. Not receiving the product and not having information on the status of the order I made several calls in which an answering machine answered indicating to send an email which I did after three emails sent to which no one has responded on 06012017 13012017 and 24012017 I find that as of the date of sending this notice no one has contacted me to tell me the status of the order or responded to my request for a refund of the amount paid. I request a refund of the amount paid (14508€) to the credit card I used to place the order.
