It's been 3 months since I gave my opinion to explain that it's been a year since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything. They replied that they would refund me as soon as possible and still nothing after sending 2 emails with no reply. 1001 Maquettes I felt that there was not enough communication on the status of my order. I had to ask more than once only to be told it will be shipped shortly which told me nothing. It left me with no confidence that the order would ever be shipped. On value for money I felt that I have been ripped off on price as your selling price was£55 whereas Welsh Models who supplied the kit sell it for £39.27 which is 40% more which is why I am saying I was ripped off by 1001 Maquettes. I would not use this company again. In future I will buy direct from Welsh Models.

I have been waiting 6 months for the wings of my Fieseler Storch 285 Meter. There has been no reply to the e-mails sent to date. A lawsuit is being handled by my company lawyer in Germany. It looks like a lawsuit in Germany is without much success. You have to sue in France where the sender of the parcel is at home. In Germany, there is only the Internet site. Nobody answered the phone after several attempts. The orders are redirected to France. The e-mails too. The e-mail address is on the page with (.fr. Is France !!!!) I would only pay with Paypal.
