SLOW SERVICE I still haven't received my order which was placed on June 3rd.

Unreliable and irritating seller. Purchase made a month ago responds with dropper with communications that only serve to stall. At the last request for information repeated twice to get an e-mail in response they wrote to me: ""We have contacted our logistician. We will let you know."". It's been a week and I still don't know anything. By now I am convincing myself that I threw my money away. The delivery address in my order and in their order confirmation is correct and corresponds to a company where there is always someone ready to receive.

Poor experince ! Too Took a long time to get product and when it got here I was very disappointed Figures were too small and broken in package!

The shipping process is slow since I ordered until it was shipped 5 days passed when the payment was made on the same day. The company despite using a .es domain is not located in Spain but in France which makes shipping more expensive and takes longer. I am used to buy in Europe and normally in 4 days things arrive not in 10 as it has happened and that the shipment was to a metropolitan area of Madrid. If you are in a hurry look elsewhere. ----------------------- Regarding the response from the web the tracking says the following paid on the 31st the day 2 DHL receives the tracking number but the package is not processed (does not really arrive at DHL) until day 6. The reality is that the package has not been delivered to the agency until a week later. From the time the package is delivered to the agency to its delivery if two days but it is 1001 maquetas who defaults by not actually processing the order. I really doubt that 1001 maquetas has in stock everything that I ordered.

In principle, a decent and reputable retailer. The first order was a bit bumpy as one item was no longer available and the voucher granted for it did not work at first. However, the problem was solved immediately with a new voucher. The response time to queries and complaints was good at just under a day. The customer service is apparently based in France and the German is not perfect but you are kept well informed. You receive a shipping notification for the ordered goods, which arrive a few days later depending on which warehouse they were sent from. All good so far. But beware: always pay attention to the prices and compare them. Normal prices at this dealer are ""pharmacy prices"" but with special offers you can strike without hesitation (e.g. original Hasegawa 148 N1K2 ""George"" for EUR 899 or decals from AeroMaster 148 for EUR 499).

Fairly average service. Only take products that are in stock, otherwise you will be systematically billed for shipping costs if you accept shipment in several instalments.

hallelujah!!!..my parcel arrived on 2305...although we had agreed on 1005 by e-mail to send this parcel...13 days is not a bad delivery time. For my 1st order, the delivery time was 15 days...There's better!!!.So I know that on the 1st order, a product was no longer available, but if I don't call you after 10 days, it could take longer, and for the 2nd parcel, a computer breakdown... Order finally arrived with a slight delay (acceptable). But I could do better: as soon as the parcel was dispatched, it was impossible to track it via Mondial Relay. The link on my 1001Maquette account took me to the web page... of another delivery company (DCPostal) and when I entered the tracking code, I was taken directly to the Mondial Relay page - unknown number! As a result, there was no way of tracking the shipment and no e-mail to inform me that the parcel had arrived. Finally the tracking number started to work, but only when the parcel had arrived (but still no e-mail to inform me). Otherwise satisfied, I'll order again (hoping that the""expeditiontio"" service improves).
