My Axion glider Good company to get parts for my Axion Cumulus glider from very few parts are available in the UK. Unfortunately they take ages to deliver from ordering to delivery can be up to 5 weeks. But as we can't get parts in the UK we have no choice.

As for the caravel models, I received two straight hulls of the Santa Maria, and the Nina was not packaged, so I don't know if anything is missing. As for the rest, I'm completely satisfied, including with the delivery times. I tried to contact the service by phone to ask them to rectify their error, but I couldn't reach anyone, so I left a message. I don't know if 1001 maquettes is responsible but I have a big problem. I received an e-mail from mondial relai telling me that my order had been delivered to the relay point, so I went to pick it up but no luck, it wasn't there. I tried to contact Mondial Relai on Tuesday 9517 but they were out of order. I call again on 10517 and they're still out of order, so I haven't received my order and I'm not happy.

The experience has been NEGATIVE. They lost the package and I had to claim it several times. No one answered my email. When they finally answer and tell me that they will send it to me again, they send you a lot of automatic emails that are useless. Total: Almost a month to receive it. Now comes the worst: the quality is horrible, the photo of the outside looks absolutely nothing like the content (tiny gray pieces without any color) ... thank goodness it did not reach 15 euros (not even the crappiest Chinese has that quality) ... Over a month ago I found on the ""1001 models"" site some products at really competitive prices. When I tried to purchase them, the system informed me that these products I requested would be available in about a month, and so I was willing to wait patiently. At my request to be notified when the items were available a few days ago I received an e-mail from the company informing me that the items were back in stock and so I set out to purchase them as described on the website. On 2142017 I made my choices by placing the products in the shopping cart I made the payment and after a few hours I received an e-mail titled [1001 MODELS] Order Confirmation Fri 214 20:23 with which I received the thank you for ordering from them with the details of the order the order number the amount paid with even the payment method and the description of the products purchased. Monday 244 at 09:16 further e-mail informing me: your order code xxxxxx has been prepared! the same day at 11:09 again an e-mail with the tenor: """Dear Customer The items you ordered are unfortunately out of stock and we do not know when it will be available again. Would you prefer to choose products of equivalent value receive a voucher or get a refund?
