waiting more than two weeks for a 150 gram parcel is too long

Payment on account would also be nice. Delivery took a while but was absolutely ok. I can recommend 1001 modellbau.

I ordered a Jeep Wrangler in Nov 16. First I was told that the product was out of stock, even though it was advertised as being in stock on the site. I then received a discount voucher equivalent to the amount of the purchase so that I could order it at a later date. When it was available again, I realized that the coupon was actually worth 0€... :-( After contacting the customer service department, the problem was solved, but I realized that the coupon didn't count towards the shipping costs, i.e. 7€ for a purchase of 22! Not finding it normal to have to pay postage a second time, I receive a second coupon valid for postage this time. I placed another order and received a free figurine. After making the payment, I realized that the figurine had in fact been billed to me! Totally discouraged, I finally accepted the slight surcharge. I finally received my Jeep in

I still have not received my order and I ordered it on 010317, I have not received any news of this or anything like that. I would just ask to be advised or send a mail of the day the package should ll.

Does not respect promised delivery times says anything about product availability loses packages. Defects noted twice the first time had to refund me after 15 days of waiting for the order in fact unavailable

ordered on 26.2. and paid via PayPal arrived on 14.3. so more than 14 days delivery time goods ok what can you say about 7 pots of Humbrol colors. On the product page it says ""Goods in stock ready for shipment in 24 hours "" Sorry but that's not how it works.

Good value for money but delivery times not respected

For a month and a half now, I've been promised a refund because the items I ordered were not in stock. The company has already been reported to the Paris DDPP for similar problems. Who should I contact? Who's calling the shots in this company? Who is capable of making a simple transfer to an account that has been given over and over again? What is to be done with the word given by members of the company? Shouldn't non-repayment of the sum paid be considered theft? WHO IS GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND MAKE THIS TRANSFER AS IT SHOULD BE MADE? Company not serial""Hello I'm following up this matter with my manager today. For my part I am very disappointed with 1001 Maquettes the delivery time is too long.the chosen products are not always available.order placed on 210217 we are on 130317 still NOTHING.I even thought for a long time that it was a fraudulent site.I strongly advise against it.

Model purchased on 2912. Receipt of a confirmation e-mail informing me of a delivery between 1601 and 1801. On 1301 receipt of an e-mail informing me of the non-availability of the model with the ment"" we don't know when it will be available"". On 2802 I received an e-mail informing me that the product was available and would be shipped within 48 hours. Shipment on 0103 and arrival of the parcel. More than two months of actual delay for a delay of just over two weeks initially announced..... An improvement in logistics would be welcome :) On the phone, nothing to change: friendly and good advice. I'm staying

Ordered several small models all in stock on February 20th but not prepared until the 28th. Too many

I am very dissatisfied. For a payment on 19.02 and a parcel announced on my account as dispatched on 28.02 (it's not those 8 days that I have a problem with) on 09.03 I still have nothing, not even a tracking number. I've had no reply to my two e-mails. Finally this morning I reach ""customer service"" through the chat which tells me that they will ""investigate"" and send me an e-mail but still nothing. Delivery times are not respected at all and they don't seem to care. In the meantime, my son's birthday went well. And to think I was planning other orders. Very dissatisfied. Update on 22.03.20""1001 Maquette"" sent me another order (the first was""lost"") with a commercial gesture: a few more colors. This second order reached me very quickly (yesterday) and the contents are in order. So I've raised my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Conclusion: I'm going to try an order again in the next few weeks and months, hoping it goes well from the start.

Very satisfied with the quality of the product and the speed of delivery.

Only the delivery was a bit long. About 10 days. I'm now building the model and painting it. Please note that paint is not included in the package. You'll need an extra 20 euros to purchase it.

since 21012017 I made an order today 06032017 I'm still waiting!!! um mail of February 15 informs me a delay due to a supplier error and that in three days I would be delivered several emails thereafter remained unanswered today a phone call from my incentive M.Guillaume apologizes again and tells me he had just relaunched the missing item at the supplier I have doubts about the seriousness of this site ...
