Ordered several small models all in stock on February 20th but not prepared until the 28th. Too many

I am very dissatisfied. For a payment on 19.02 and a parcel announced on my account as dispatched on 28.02 (it's not those 8 days that I have a problem with) on 09.03 I still have nothing, not even a tracking number. I've had no reply to my two e-mails. Finally this morning I reach ""customer service"" through the chat which tells me that they will ""investigate"" and send me an e-mail but still nothing. Delivery times are not respected at all and they don't seem to care. In the meantime, my son's birthday went well. And to think I was planning other orders. Very dissatisfied. Update on 22.03.20""1001 Maquette"" sent me another order (the first was""lost"") with a commercial gesture: a few more colors. This second order reached me very quickly (yesterday) and the contents are in order. So I've raised my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Conclusion: I'm going to try an order again in the next few weeks and months, hoping it goes well from the start.

Only the delivery was a bit long. About 10 days. I'm now building the model and painting it. Please note that paint is not included in the package. You'll need an extra 20 euros to purchase it.

since 21012017 I made an order today 06032017 I'm still waiting!!! um mail of February 15 informs me a delay due to a supplier error and that in three days I would be delivered several emails thereafter remained unanswered today a phone call from my incentive M.Guillaume apologizes again and tells me he had just relaunched the missing item at the supplier I have doubts about the seriousness of this site ... Not easy to find the right brand of model. Delivery takes longer than expected, as you have to wait for collection, preparation and finally delivery. On the other hand, there's a huge choice of models and accessories.

Up until that point all I was getting told was that the goods will be sent soon. Furthermore the goods weren't sent by royal mail but by hermes , they very rarely deliver down my road. Oh and the items were left on my doorstep.

Maybe improve the shipping time if it says it takes 24h make it really take that long and not about a week. Otherwise good service and recomendab

The title says it all - if I'm being fussy, there's a slight discrepancy between the promise of delivery and its realization.

to give a correct grade, you'd have to have received the package....who's wandering where? the carrier got it, then didn't...so whose fault is that? it's clear to me that I won't be making any more purchases from 10001 ...because it was supposed to arrive within 3 to 4 days... and now it's double..... so who's taking me for a fool? the deliveryman or 1001 maquettes ....who was supposed to give it as a gift to a kid tomorrow night? now it's ruined... I can't take it anymore!

good order processing fast delivery but problem encountered at the relay point: the address no longer appeared on the parcel and the parcel had to be opened by the relay point employee after presentation of the recipient's identity card and his good faith after having presented himself several times to retrieve the parcel.

Product ordered and never received. I was always the one who had to ask for news: the company is not responsive at all in responding to emails. Fortunately paid by PayPal and therefore refunded. I waited over a month to write this review to give the company a chance to fix the problem--not even an apology from them.... I rarely leave reviews but in this case I was taken for a ride so it seems only fair to let them know.
