Hello, I'm just going to transcribe the messages I sent via the order history screen. Messages that have remained unanswered to date. A Colissimo order supposed to arrive within 5 working days (payment on 401) and shipped 9 days later (on 1301) and received 14 days later (on 1801).... But when I received the parcel, I was completely appalled to find my Napoleon Corporal brush (1399e after all!) wandering around in the parcel without even a protection on the tip!!!! I've never seen anything like it....tte magnificent cardboard figurine François 1er as a gift, which I promptly threw in the garbage can! You are anything but professional and I can guarantee you very bad publicity in the future.... I will never order anything from your site again. You're the worst hobby traders I've ever come across on the web... I'm really very unhappy

Very good on the whole but could be improved by specifying the scales and number of parts as well as the colors required for the models (some of them).

efficiency and reactivity

The delivered item did not match the description on the website in terms of color and design (kit instead of finished model). Long delivery time due to shipping from France. The offered ""gift packaging"" was a joke - carelessly stapled dark blue paper bag. The cost of returning the goods to France is entirely at the customer's expense (DHL €11 in my case) and there is no return slip or hotline. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for a refund of the purchase price - a request by email also went unanswered ...

the package arrived intergro and well packaged.delivery time a little longhima all in all within 15 days of ordering.

A little pricey but a more than interesting choice

I asked for and paid for a gift pack so that I could give it as a present No trace of the gift pack and no apology attached Disappointment!

If I have nothing in particular to reproach 1001 maquettes apart from a small delay in delivery due to payment in three instalments, I am not at all satisfied with the item purchased ...!!!! a 4F200LM helicopter paid almost 500€...!!! and which does not fly at all ...!!! and in fact is already out of service even before I have finished paying for it. At this price, you'd think that by gently pushing the throttle without touching any other controls, the machine would hover obediently ... but it doesn't, and it goes off in all directions because it's obviously not factory-calibrated. The paper manual in French is totally complex and improbable, describing settings that would scare you. It's more than fragile, and the spare parts that are broken (swashplate among others) are no longer available from dealers. I left a more than unfavorable review on this very article. I would no doubt have postponed or renounced this purchase if 10ire had issued a detailed warning concerning this model, and this is a reproach that I take the liberty of making. Sincerely

Very professional site, complete catalog at fair prices. But not enough details on the items. The processing of orders before shipping seems to me to be very complicated.

Delivery on time. The 1001 maquettes site is a bit slow if you don't have any problems.

I am very disappointed with my order. Because on the photo there are 3 mudguards while on the photo of the box that I received 1 mudguard for 3 twin essieus. And I had seen it on another site 2 x cheaper with 1 fender. But I wanted all 3, so I had to pay more than twice as much.

For Christmas I ordered a model that never arrived, nor did the promised refund. It smells like a scam! Absolutely avoid it!

On-time processing even during holiday periods

I find it very good that I could also pay by bank transfer! Because I am not in possession of a credit card! Also with Pay Pal payments the number of a credit card is required! Although I live abroad (Netherlands) the figures were delivered to me within a limited time after payment!

I placed the order on the 30th I still do not have the model.... almost 20 euros shipping cost .... 15 days minimum to receive it.

I made a purchase on December 28th and paid expedited shipping no less than 1699 euros. On January 10 I have not received my order yet, on January 6 I filed a complaint with customer service and they have not even answered me. I don't think I will buy from them again even though I like the variety of products they offer.

5 pots of paint ordered, 5 received. However, there was a mistake and I received 2 identical ones... So I'm missing one

I placed an order for batteries in November 2016 .2 months later nothing and ONLY one reply to my emails telling me to wait.....Who are they kidding? I don't even know if I'll be reimbursed, because in my misfortune I trusted them and paid right away, and 1001 maquettes cashed in right away..... Avoid this merchant site which hides thieves since they cash in without honouring the order or informing you of the follow-up. I'm furious and unhappy because I was hoping for these batteries for the children.

Auf meine Anfrage am 24.12. wann ich denn Endlich die Lieferung bekäme erhielt ich die Info mein Anliegen werde an den Kundenservice weitergeleitet.... ich warte immernoch vergebens auf ein Feedback bzw. eine Reaktion oder bestenfalls auf die Lieferung......Ich kann die guten Bewertungen über diese Firma nicht nachvollziehen. Einmal und nie wieder... ANHANG.... RESULTAT NACH ÜBER SECHS WOCHEN: In KW32017 erhielt ich eine e-mail des Kundenservice O-To""anscheinend"" sei der Artikel vergriffen und man überweist den Rechnungsbetrag zurück. Und für diese Erkenntnis braucht es über 1.12 Monate??!! Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar

I easily found what I wanted and took the opportunity to see what I might be interested in next. The only drawback is that Mondial Relay doesn't always communicate about parcel delivery: I'm still waiting for the message telling me that my parcel has been delivered.

Site very poorly managed in terms of stock and shipping twice I made an order with them on products supposedly in stock and each time one or more products were missing I know other site that are much more professional site to avoid if you do not find yourself with credit and shipping costs each order

Ordered on 2612, received on 401. Mondial Relay presents the parcel at the shop a few minutes before opening time on a Saturday and decides to eat""later"" i.e. the following Wednesday! The site's return policy is a deterrent

I ordered on March 7, 2016 an item received on March 8, 2016. Nothing to say about the shipment with Mondial Relais. Nickel tracking. On the other hand, when I received the product (not immediately opened), I was surprised to find that the photo-cut-out part of the enhancement kit was missing. I sent an e-mail and was asked to send a photo. Which I didn't do, since a photo can be faked (by not photographing the missing part, for example ^^). That's why I was wondering about the special offers on 1001 maquettes: Have the promotional items already been opened as after-sales service ^^ and unscrupulously put back on sale without informing the customer that the item has been opened and may be missing parts? I hesitate to recommend you...
