I tried the helpline, but the recorded message was also in French, which I couldn't understand. I sent an E-mail, to which I did get an English reply. The delivery took about 2 weeks, which I thought was a bit lengthy. I would definitely use them again, however.

Ordered and paid six weeks ago. To date, no reply to my e-mail, no telephone contact possible and, of course, no goods received. This company does not even respond to a negative review. Items were metal and flexible but are not meant to be sharply bent. A piece of cardboard in the envelope could have prevented all of that and not added much to the weight. Paid $20 for shipping to America and expected a bit more care for the price.
