When items are out of stock, the site offers to let you know as soon as the restock arrives, but this is never done. Not a UK Company-'1001 Modelkits' I was furious that they gave the impression you were ordering from the UK when I fact they are located in France. After almost a week, I got an email to say ""your order is being processed"" say what?! How hard is it to go pick 2 cans of spray varnish and pack them? After another week my item arrived. Why would I wait 2 weeks for an order from France, when I can buy exactly the same product WITHIN the UK. Misleading.

Quite good for rare kits I've purchased a couple of kits from this site. Both were very difficult to find elsewhere let alone at sane prices. Generally this site is a bit on the expensive side for common kits, but for rare/older kits they generally are cheaper. However, they do have real sales which bring normal kits down to more reasonable prices. In my few experiences delivery has been around 3 weeks from their French warehouse to Ireland. That's a bit slower than most other European sites. No problems to report...
