Delays in shipment. I ordered things in past and service was good. Recently I placed an order on June 11, 2061. Got an mail stating received order and of course accepted my payment. Got another email saying I should receive order by June 22. Great, but never received the order. Had to send two emails checking on status. After you received the second email it appears that's when my order was processed. Few days later I finally got the order. Not the normal service I was used to.

My most recent order was made on June 11 and as of this review (July 6) I still DO NOT HAVE IT! It is just a mask for a canopy on a 1:48 scale plane, and yet it cannot be delivered quicker than one month. That is just way too long. My first order was so long in being shipped and delivered that I actually had to reorder the item through another distributor and got it within a few days. Finally my original order arrived, and now I don't need it any longer. Sorry, but something has to be done about processing and shipping orders much faster.

All correct but there is room for improvement in the preparation and shipping of orders. 12 days in the preparation plus another 7 days of shipping total almost 20 days to receive an order with a weight of 16 kg.

My order had not been processed. Problem solved after phone call. Too bad, but I'm still here

smooth order processing

Site with quite a lot of choice but 2 weeks late for material in stock and supposedly delivered in 7 days ...and it hasn't left their premises yet....and no return mail...Last purchase that's for sure. On the other hand, they're quick to cash in and quick to register the requested refund on their site...We'll have to see how long it takes, though.

Haven't Received my order yet. Order was sent to old address. I had thought I had changed it in time to get it sent to my present address. Am working with former landlord to try & track down where the package ended up. Not really a critisism of 1001 modelkits, as much as DSL, who could of done a better job checking who was signing for the package

apart from the delivery time, which was not really respected, everything arrived in good condition with no problems.

Have not received good ordered on time. Having to have DHL figure out why they did not have package for pick up. Needed this on time.

A cancellation request ignored and yet sent 6 times and before shipping.

Very happy with the way the order was placed and the delivery. I will be recommending this site and the advice I have received.

The product I purchased was in stock. It took them a long time to tell me that they didn't have it, and they took a long time to tell me that they were sending it to me. On June 8 I received an email saying that they were sending it to me and I am still waiting for it.

Activating a discount greater than the order the next day is a blatant lack of commercial sense. It's average. Would you take us for d""Jam-Bons "". Fortunately, your service is beyond reproach for the moment......... Sincerely

Delivery time approx. 3 weeks. In between, several e-mails that the item was temporarily unavailable but had been ordered. Then another shipping confirmation etc. However, I had already been informed in advance by friends that the delivery time with this supplier is quite long. The quality of the badge I ordered was mediocre. The clasp (plastic!) broke the first time I used it. But the badge itself was ok.

Foreign Languages on Customer Service, I don't speak Chinese. frustrating. I called to check on my order and got a Chinese message, tried to send online message and it was only in french. ordered 3 weeks ago and i still don't have my package, it took ten days before they even shipped it. no tracking etc etc etc. The worst.

I placed an order 13 days ago and still haven't received it. I paid a surcharge to receive it earlier by DHL and it doesn't seem to have done me any good. I have sent an email to find out something and have not yet received a reply. I am not at all happy

I will never order here again I ordered on 09.05.16 because the article was not available I have requested a refund today we have the 06.07.16 and my money has not been transferred back until today although my bank details are available. I think this is outrageous, first you are put off and then suddenly there is no response to emails sent. I can only advise everyone to pay via paypal otherwise you will only have trouble.

The delivery time stated in the article was exceeded by 3 weeks. The reason for this was delivery problems at the supplier, although an existing stock was stated. Overall, not a major problem, but customers should be able to rely on the delivery times stated for orders placed at short notice. Otherwise very satisfied with processing and customer contact.

I would suggest providing all the materials (perhaps in an optional kit) so that you do not have to order separately what is needed to make the model. This would be useful as in my case when the product is intended as a gift.

The product search, purchase and shipping was a smooth, efficient and very satisfactory process.

Everything went well, my son was very happy... just to point out that the delivery time is more like ten days.

Ordered two models and one set of decals shipping by DHL courier with surcharge of 12€ approx. Of the two models ordered only one arrives of the other only the decals the shipment instead of express courier is made by regular mail. Absent customer service they do not answer emails nor the phone they are absolutely not customer oriented.
