Abusive freight rates

Delivery time too long too bad but wide choice of models

I'm a bit disappointed with my order, there's no paint and they're small compared to the scale.

I'm not demanding about delivery times (it's imperative that the people working there can do so in the best possible conditions and without having to be squeezed like lemons). However, product prices are sometimes exaggerated when compared with the competition. I'd give them one star less for this, and I could be more severe.

The products are well packaged and arrive correctly. The only problem is the deplorable delay of my delivery. 10 days is far too long. When you compare with other companies who are also from France the delivery time is 2448H maximum. For the rest I'm happy.

Hello very satisfied with the choice and quality of delivery remains I think to improve the delivery time after acceptance of payment (which is very fast even by check sent the day of the order) for equipment in stock. S

I ordered on 010316 order being processed the next day 020316 until then everything is normal 050316 I decide to leave a message on the order to have news I receive a message telling me that an item is out of stock (5 to 7 days as stipulated) so there no worries I wait until 110316 still no response! while normally the waiting time is between 5 and 7 days not ten days. I also decided on 1103 to retract my order (no reply even on my mailbox) on 1503 I receive a message on my mailbox telling me that my order is going to be shipped I reply to this message saying that I have made a retraction request but I'm told that it's too late! really disappointed I'll order my models elsewhere I hope that the refund will be made more "" delivery ""!

I ordered on 24.01.16 Revell colors on 05.02.16 came an email that they are now being shipped is advertised with 7 to 9 days. On 11.02.16 another email came with a shipment tracking it said: ""The delivery time is from 5 to 7 days."" In the meantime I had given up hope and got the colors elsewhere. When they arrived I wanted to make use of my 30-day right of return. There was no return slip to be found so I packed a parcel and sent it back to France for €10 postage to the address given for returns. They refused to accept the return and the package was returned on March 14. I have written off the money for the colors, this is not a business practice, I can only recommend everyone not to shop there.

Complete shipment in very reasonable time. Price a little above average.

Spray paint ordered on Sunday and still nothing on Friday, even though it was sent to France. It's certainly not their fault but using colissimo these days is a heresy when you see their quality (if I may say so).

On 2/18/16 I sent a message requesting status and saying that if the decal sheet was not in stock I would select a different one. On 2/19/16 I received an email saying it shipped and they would notify me of a tracking number. It is now 3/2/16 and I have not received a tracking number or the decals. This is not acceptable and I will know better in the future not to order from 1001 models.
