Everything was fine, just a little awkward. First received French-language emails, then English. Homepage needs an overhaul.

Very wide range of products, from the simplest to the most sophisticated and technical. Very competitive prices. Fast delivery, often sooner than expected. THE reference. I recommend without hesitation.

I ordered several models from 1001 maquettes and they were all delivered in good condition, no problems there. However, there were two models for which I had a problem. One took two months to arrive after we had to send several emails to customer service to point out that it still hadn't arrived, even though we'd been charged. Same problem recently (order dated January 15) and still no delivery.

The package arrived in very bad condition and the assembly pieces all detached from where they were supposed to be!!!

I made the reservation of a model through this page last week and I already have it at home. Approximate shipment in about 10 days but they notify you in advance. At all times you receive emails about the status of your order. Perhaps a little expensive shipping costs in relation to the time it takes to arrive.

The 1001 maquettes site is very good in itself, but the delivery time is too long! I'm being asked to rate the site even though I haven't received my last order yet.

I sent two emails via the site's online message app requesting a change to the order. No reply. Now I get a message nine days later saying they shipped the order before reading my change request. I will NOT order from this company again. I need to know I can contact someone if I have a problem or question, and 1001 Modelkits does not fill that bill.

I paid for an express service and after 48 hours the order is still not shipped. I have even contacted them and they do not respond. I have opened a dispute with Paypal to see if they now respond. I add after their response: I am not going to modify anything so that everything is reflected. Once I opened the dispute they have put the order as shipped. I paid a higher price for it to be urgent by DHL and with tracking number which they did not provide me and also sent by Correos. I sent them two emails on their website to which they have not responded. Now tell me how you intend to defend your""Efficient customer service"" that you put on your website. Be thankful that I am not going to claim a measly £3 extra that I paid for a courier service that I did not receive and that I have upgraded my rating to 2 stars instead of 1 as it was before. The site should be improved to refuse orders if out of stock, rather than letting customers pay, especially with the chronopost option, which means an emergency (birthday) to warn several days later that the item is out of stock.

In reality, there were only 6 figurines. At $13.99 plus shipping, this is way too expensive and not as described. It was a rip off!

Everything went really well and the goods were great. Only the delivery took a very long time.

Too much time elapses between the communication of ""Parcel shipped"" and the tracking number ( e.g.: shipping date 12022016 to today 17022016 I have not yet received the tracking no.). Sincerely

Badly signposted depot store, barely clean, waited 12 hours for someone to tell me the parcel wasn't there and found it 14 hours later.

When I called the customer service # with Boston area code to ask about this, no one ever answered the line and the voicemail was in French. Despite not knowing any French, I left a message anyway and never got a response. I emailed as well and did not get a response. This item was for an anniversary gift so timing was important. Glad they came through but if you have a question, you may have trouble getting an answer.

Nothing to complain about in terms of products, packaging or communication. Everything is top-notch. But delivery times are far too long: at least 3 days before sending the goods, then a short week to receive everything, i.e. a total of more than 10 days for 3 small pots of paint.
