no problem with the very professional store. But the post office as always...!

So to get an answer from their so-called reactive customer service, you really have to be lucky, then the e-mails you receive are very badly done (see link imgur(dot)comyuJPPNw) and finally the product you receive is in an almost unacceptable state (dusty and broken box!!) I'm very disappointed, I'll never go through 1001maquettes again... Ah finally, the site is not at all secure: customer passwords are""clear"" and are not""hashÃ"" this is really not worthy of an e-commerce site in 2016!

On April 04, 2016 I ordered a plate of decals for which "1001 Maquettes" first indicated a delivery between 12 and 1404 by letter as the product requested was not in stock. On 2104 I was finally informed that it would be sent by "priority letter" and a colieco was finally sent with delivery within 5 to 7 days. As of today, May 09, 2016, I still haven't received anything.... My reminders from 2904 have never been answered, and neither have today's reminders from 0905! The "reactive" customer service is absent on every call. The e-mail is unapproachable because I didn't put in the right password, even though I used it to log in to my personal 1001 Maquettes account! The chat is useless. We meow but never get an echo! The "connection" for sending messages directly to their site is a bottomless pit from which nothing ever emerges, but they promise to reply to your truncated return e-mail address! La Poste lco which was provided to me the latter not having had to enter the postal network ..... Bravo 1001 Maquettes for all this accumulation of non-standard performance that prevents us from contacting you effectively and waiting to receive the products without x weeks of delay!!!! I sent a CD for 1.60 EUR in priority mail received in less than 24h For 3.99 EUR of postal charges 1001 Maquettes could have the delicacy to send in letter even green when there is already delay existing.... WHEN WILL THE PLATE BE DELIVERED

In my order, a model included paint pots, one of which was leaking ... the result is obviously visible, the box containing the pots being transparent. Alas, not sending a faulty product is obviously not an objective. It's all the more annoying because it's impossible to make a simple complaint via your order history in my account.

The product I ordered on April 25th was supposedly dispatched on the 27th! To date (May 5th) I still haven't received anything! After contacting the service department, I was advised to wait for the product to arrive.

An email to find out what happened has gone unanswered for 5 days now. At this point I am unsure if I lost my money or if this is an isolated case.

Waiting three weeks after my order and still nothing at home I find that unacceptable. I will never recommend this site again !!!!

Long delivery time

Parcel arrived at the relay point but in poor condition (packaging tape unstuck and parcel half-opened).

This site is one of the ten or so model maker websites I've ordered from. I'm satisfied, even if I found the delivery times a little long on my last order, which justified my rating of 4 stars rather than 5. On the other hand, I was pleased to be able to order a product which is rather difficult to find (Tamiya X20 enamel thinner in 250 ml). It was unavailable, but the alert system worked very well (e-mail alert as soon as the product was available again). The Oupsmodel site offers the same type of service.

Great, except... Though there was a bit of a delay between when I ordered and when my item shipped, once it was on its way, it got from France to California in under 2 days. I didn't like how the shipper (DHL) sent me updates saying a signature MAY be required. Either it is or it isn't, and I made arrangements to be here when delivery was promised, only to have it show up the next day when I was at work, necessitating my having to pick up my package from the post office. Otherwise my item was perfect, securely packed.

The products are of good quality and the packaging is neat. A little slow to be delivered

but unfortunately the paintwork leaves something to be desired in visible places

We have not yet received the purchase and it has been more than 15 days so I will not be able to make the evaluation until we receive the delivery if it arrives. For the moment to say that we are disappointed and skeptical. it was the gift for my son and he is every day asking when and if it arrives.

For my purchase the value for money was good the shipping was a little slow however the item arrived in excellent condition.

I made 2 orders in the first one after waiting more than a month they tell me that there are 2 products that they do not have and that they send me the order without those products giving me vouchers for the value of those products thus forcing me to repeat the bad experience of buying them again to redeem those vouchers.in my second experience after waiting more than a month again they do the same thing again there is a product that they do not have and they want to give me another voucher.a shame.
