I bought a Fieseler Storch in 1/32nd scale at a great price and the product is also first class. There is nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, however, I only received my tracking number after some time despite the fact that the goods had supposedly already been dispatched a few days ago (according to the system). I had several queries and only received a reply to a single email, which also seemed rather automated. No one is available on their hotline (Berlin area code 030) at any time and they never called me back! So the communication is in serious need of improvement!!!

I received an item labelled with the reference ordered, but the contents were nothing like it. After 48 hours, the after-sales service asked me again for a photo and references already supplied in a 1st e-mail, claiming to request a return label for the product. It took them over a week to realize that (following a request from me) their request had not been taken into account... The initial order dating from 211215 is still incomplete to this day. I can only imagine the worst for the future as these difficulties only concern the return of the wrong item and I'm not about to receive the right one! So much the better for those whose orders are error-free, but given the quality and efficiency of this box, I strongly advise against it (especially as their prices are high and I've found the same items elsewhere).

Good product, as requested. It would have been nice to have some bubble wrap to protect the paint but overall it's well packaged. It's a pity I couldn't cancel an order that hadn't been shipped yet (I had forgotten 2 items and had to pay shipping costs again). But apart from that, the site was perfect and the delivery was good.

I buy very often onlined from Czechoslovakia for example within 1012 working days I have the goods......here since January 5 (order and payment date)they write to me that they are waiting for their supplier to deliver the kits I ordered:Other online stores have the stockand the sitealways updated. What's more, the merchant is asking you to place a new order for missing items (even though they are indicated as available on his site), with the items already paid for being returned to you, but with new shipping costs to be paid by you, knowing that the shipping costs are double the amount of the items ordered and that, for me, 4 items are missing (in addition to the order that was not sent), I'm looking at 15 euros in shipping costs for items that have already been paid for. If they're dealing with customers who place large orders like the one I placed (over 160 euros), their store won't last long. For my part, this is the last time I'll be ordering from this site.

Hello I ordered two models at the beginning of November. I waited more than a month for delivery (10 days announced on your site) to realize that one of the two articles did not correspond to my wishes. You sent me a colissimo return label (French postal service) even though I live in Belgium. I managed to get a friend who was going to spend a few days in France to make the return and colissimo announced that you had indeed received the package on 31122015. Since then I've had 2 emails 1 voicemail 1 chat with no response from you in order to get my order refunded. Who are we kidding? Not a single piece of information. Not a single message. Not a single reply to my requests... I don't like to give negative reviews because I believe that everyone has to work and a negative review isn't necessarily the best publicity for a company, but you've crossed the line here. Please contact me as I will be filing a complaint for theft and fraud with the appropriate authorities at the end of the week.

it would be nice to pass on all the new products according to the brand that the customer is used to ordering.

a wide variety of products allows me to meet my needs the price is good although it could be lower the delivery time could be faster however it still remains the best site for selling models that I have so far found. Cpmpliments

Hello My last order (72365) was the subject of a delivery error having received the reference EDEX305 instead of the reference EDCX305. The error may be understandable given the similarity of the references, but the 2 products (photo-cuts) are totally different. What's unacceptable is that customer service/contact is totally non-existent: no one answers the phone (answering machine 24 hours a day) and no calls following a message left on voicemail. What's more, there's no response to the written messages left on the site. I therefore strongly advise against ordering! Delivery times are acceptable, but if your delivery doesn't correspond to your order, you'll only have your eyes to cry! What's more, in the event of unavailability (even though the order states otherwise), a credit note will be issued.

Fast delivery and correct packaging

I placed the order on November 29, 2015 and received the goods on January 8, 2016. Unacceptable. I wrote to the people at 1001 via the site 3 times receiving a vague response only to the first message. Poor support. I will never buy from this site again

Shipping is too long they rely on a courier in my opinion bad .

Last November 25 I made a purchase of a kit which appeared on the web with stock. On November 27th the kit I bought appears as out of stock and with a restocking in about a month. On December 10th I decide to cancel the order and they tell me that they will refund me the full amount of the order. On December 11th they send me an email informing me that the product has been shipped. I contact them and after sending 3 emails to ask them what happened with the cancellation of my order they reply that the product was shipped before the cancellation was made (i.e. according to them on the 9th and according to the website on the 11th). After several emails they tell me that they will refund me half of the amount once I receive the email. I was supposed to notify them once I received the order. As of January 4th I have not received a response from the web nor half of the refund (I received the product on December 24th). If I do not receive an answer before the next 6th of January, I will contact you.
