Disappointment I was very disappointed with my experience. First, I waited several weeks before I was told they could not fulfill my order, but I was not told what was not being filled. Then I only ended up receiving four of twelve items I ordered. Store credit given but a lot of time wasted waiting to do a project that I was trying to do. I will look elsewhere next time.

I am completely satisfied with the goods, the store system and the actual ordering process. I couldn't find the goods here in Germany in such a complete form in any other store, which is why I chose this store, which was unknown to me at the time. You constantly receive status updates about your order, which is very good in principle, but sometimes also quite pointless, up to three times a day and then such meaningless information as ""will be shipped soon"". You can save yourself that if you use meaningful and sensible statuses because as a customer I am not interested in the fact that ""soon"" (when??) will be shipped and then days go by until something finally happens! As a customer, you wonder whether the parcel is already waiting in the corner somewhere. Receipt of the order - order processed - outgoing mail - that would be enough. In addition, the delivery time of 12 (!!) days for goods that were in stock was unfortunately far too slow by today's standards. I have even received goods faster from the USA and Japan. Within Germany, goods in stock should be dispatched on the next working day but no later than the day after next, i.e. they should reach the recipient in around 3 - 5 days. Anything else is simply out of date and not professional.

I live in the Canary Islands Spain and I had to pay 30e for shipping in a private company but they sent it by ordinary mail which has a cost of 890e. I have been ripped off

Perhaps the packaging needs to be reworked for better protection, as the model box I bought crushed the car's frame - nothing irreparable, but I hope it won't show once.

Very bad experience concerning my order. I waited three weeks for my parcel and it took me several emails to be informed of the progress of my order. I was given a tracking number that was totally unusable. So for the moment I don't recommend this site, but I'll try the others and compare. It's also possible that there was a problem, in which case he could have told me.

Adding miniatures when you are a model site. Slt I find ridiculous that you associate miniatures with models to assemble I am disappointed with my last purchase. I still haven't had a reply to my complaint e-mail of last week. My only positive point is the diversity of the models.

They not only had a great kit from Revell that had 4 models for the price of one, but also undercut the competition by $60! Good material and fast delivery

I've always been satisfied with my deliveries, but economy parcels take a while to arrive. Colissimo parcels are indeed faster, and the equipment is top-notch. However, the Pitot tubes are packaged in sets of 4 and arrive individually. I get good feedback by e-mail about the compatibility of certain products with my equipment. So far

There's a real problem with our promotions. In fact, they regularly mention ""free shipping"" with a minimum purchase of 89€. The trouble is, it seems to work only for orders within France. Why not grant the same advantage to foreign orders, in proportion to the rates applied in France?

I feel that the price even though it was 'on sale', was still a very premium price compared to similar kits. I accept the fact that a higher price may reflect its rairity. I expected to receive the kit in about a week to 2 weeks, it ended up being close to 4 weeks. Customer service was available, if not at time a bit spotty. I must say they did try to keep me in the loop. I did get a shipping tracking number which was very nice. Once I received the kit, the box was a bit banged up, had a few pieces loose in the box off the sprue, and had no assembly instructions nor the decals that the box front said should be included. At present, I don't know if I would order from 1001 ModelKits again.

the prices are a little more expensive than elsewhere I thought the quality was up to scratch but ....not to mention paying 8.90 postage to receive my purchases in a vulgar envelope there's some sloppiness. Ordered on a Saturday evening, arrived on Thursday morning, a far cry from the 48-hour delivery time. I wouldn't recommend this site: too expensive for the same products as elsewhere, transport time too expensive and too slow.

I really feel to recommend this site for the seriousness the package arrived earlier than expected the goods perfect. I don't put 5 stars only for the packaging which is good but could be better the products were put in a sturdy cardboard box but without any additional protection (there were no plastic balls or newspaper or styrofoam). But the overall rating is really positive.

I'm finding it hard to surprise my 12-year-old son, who collects miniature Helicopters and fighter planes, and the site offers a wide choice of pre-assembled planes and helicopters, all of which are also available, which is very rare. However, the site lacks real, simpler and more orderly search criteria.

I have received your various emails to the effect that my order had been taken into consideration and that the parcel had left, but to date nothing has happened. It was the Tyrrell I was intending to give as a birthday present on March 4, so I hope that the situation will be regularized.

Like all model makers, it would be a dream to find all the items in the same shop.
