I've never had any problems ordering or delivering 1001 maquettes, although the boxes are sometimes a little damaged, even if the contents are in good condition.

Order placed on December 17 and to date nothing received!!! First I'm told the item is unavailable, then I'm told my order will be shipped, but I'm still waiting... I ask them for a refund but they're still nowhere to be found. On the other hand, when it comes to sending out promotional e-mails, they're pretty good at sending out almost one per month.

What a bad idea to have ordered a model as a Christmas present on this site in mid-December! Order in preparation for weeksproduct unavailable then available again package shipped with only a tube of glue...! all this to tell me on January 27 that my order was canceled and that I would be reimbursed to date February 23 the refund has still not been made despite several emails from me.

At 1001 maquettes, the kits really are in stock! Originality and choice of kits that you won't find anywhere else, and not at this price ... Perfect customer service. Only one comment: not enough armored decals at the end of the order.

A wide choice of models are available, but prices are relatively high, so it's best to order when you have a discount. Otherwise your order will be processed. However, your credit card will be debited when your order is validated and not when your order is sent, which would be more convenient.

I received the Panzer Kampfwagen II Ausf. FG 135 scale from TAMIYA. The shipment was very fast and I received my package in perfect condition. The only negative point is that this manufacturer's assembly instructions are in Japanese and English, so believe me it's difficult to assemble a model in English. What's more, the assembly instructions are very succinct, which is a pity because the description of the tank given on this model looks very interesting. As for 1001 Maquettes' service, it's very satisfactory. I highly recommend 1001 Maquettes but NOT TAMIYA Cordiale

The site is pleasant and easy to use. Delivery times are good, with packaging that protects the material well.

delivery times of the type""shipped in 2"" are not reliable since in my case this turned into 1 week.... The reason given by 1001Maquette was that their supplier had made a mistake (although I had only ordered in-stock items). 1001Maquette's shipping department doesn't seem to be reactive at all.

No problems with the order and delivery, but a small problem with 1001 Maquettes' postal address: I had 2 different addresses and none of them corresponded to my order.

I have just received a RONDOMODEL model. It's a pity that there are no instructions in French. Personally, I don't have any problems with this, I'm happy with the sketches, but is this the case for everyone? As the model hasn't been assembled yet, I can't give you my opinion. Following orders on this site there are systematically missing products in the shipment or products available to the order and in fact absent in coimmande.

Order lead time I feel more paint items should be kept in your inventory in the USA. The delivery time of two weeks because they have to come from your European warehouse does not lend to good customer service.

The goods were complete and in excellent condition, but unfortunately the delivery by the parcel carrier was catastrophic. We only received our parcel after repeated requests and many phone calls... :-(

2 weeks to be delivered when I paid 10e60 more for a 48h delivery. Certified as having arrived on time. No reimbursement of Colissimo charges. After-sales service hides behind their carrier not to refund a cent. Bad experience. I'm even going to give them a very bad publicity. Ina

Do not purchase from under any circumstances. I ordered the Tamiya 1:35-35065 German Panther Tank on 1/10/15. My card was charged and an email sent to me on 1/11/15 that I should allow 12 - 15 business days altogether. It is now 1/31/15 which means that 15 business days has expired. My purchase is still ""order being processed"". The email sent also said that they did not have any of the item in stock, despite the website saying that there was several (as it does now). Furthermore, the PRICE HAS DROPPED SIGNIFICANTLY while my order has been sitting in processing. The amount charged to me was 36.99USD and the current cost of the kit is now 24.99 and is on sale for 23.74. I have messaged the company about having my order cancelled, or the item shipped and the difference in cost refunded to me but have not received a reply. At this time I believe that I will not receive a refund nor my purchased goods and that 44.99 (model, tax and shipping costs) has been stolen from me. Do not purchase from.
