After placing an order I was told that the item was not available and was correctly refunded the amount paid. So very reliable. However, it would have been even better if I had known in advance that the item was out of stock.

The selection of kits and accessories is fantastic but because their deliveries are slow because they use the postal service. If they had a courier option they would be about the best here in spain

I hope the situation will be resolved as soon as possible since it has now been a month since my payment and two weeks since they said I would be refunded.... Conclusion:never had a worse experience even remotely comparable!

In spite of some comments on the rather long delivery times I had decided not to rely on them and I was wrong... I placed my order on 3005, today is 1906 and I still haven't received my order, which has been in process since 0206. One item is unavailable - replaced by a credit note - but why not send the rest of the order as soon as possible? In short, really disappointed first and last order at 1001maquettes (and too bad for the credit note...). A site I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Order with tracking sent on time, but rather long delay

It doesn't seem normal to me that they take a week to prepare an order for an object and then add to that the week it takes to ship it. And I needed it for a gift.

I placed my order on May 29, 2014, today is June 12, 2014, and I still haven't received anything. What's more, some CHRONOPOST delivery drivers systematically put a delivery notice on the pretext that I'm absent (whereas most of the time I'm at home).

The truth is that it is a good service at a reasonable price they provide data and shipping dates with a huge stock where you can find items that do not appear on other sites. It is interesting to have this reference

At no time did they have a clue as to my order status, location of said order, or real time stock quantities. Customer service is automated, with canned responses, and few and random. I should have been clued by their policy of charging for the item when ordered, not when shipped, so you have no option to cancel or refund an order after no contact or response after an extended wait period. If you use them expect double the wait for shipping and handling (items ship to them and then to you) and notice fluctuating site pricing. It took my order three weeks to arrive, and they said it was crossing the Atlantic the day before it was dropped on my porch on the US west coast. Most of their stock is sold to the public directly through the manufacturers. Good luck.

Good but delivery times a little too long

Two weeks to receive the order. Little or no information during the process. There is no way of knowing if the product is in stock or not, so you buy blindly, since at no time do they inform you, I guess so that you don't refuse. There is also no tracking of the shipment by the courier company. In short, there is room for improvement at all levels.

There's no doubt that n1001 Maquettes offers a wide choice of products, from hardware models to various products (paints, glues, etc.). However, order processing could be improved. For example, for a payment accepted on 2305, I received a message the same day announcing that the order had been processed, then three messages on the 29th and 31st announcing that the order had still not been dispatched due to a product backlog. It was only on 0206 that I received the dispatch message. Items arrived well protected in rigid cardboard flat mailer and in great condition after about 4 weeks. Keep in mind that at the same time I placed this order I placed some other orders with vendors in Australia and Singapore. I received those orders in about 1 week via direct international mail as flat packages (just like these decals). Denver (where I live) to Paris distance is 4900 miles. Denver to Sydney is 8300 miles and Denver to Singapore is 9000 miles - get the picture? I don't know why it should take so long to get a flat mailer from 1001, but they really need to work on improving their shipping times. That being said, if I needed something that they had I would be confident ordering from them in the future, but would be aware of the long wait time.

Good catch-up after a bad first experience. The free shipping on this shipment makes up for it. The problem is that I think there's a problem with the email communication of the order status. The 1st time I received several extremely contradictory emails about my order and now I've received 2 emails on the same day 3 hours apart telling me that my order has been dispatched. Due to a supplier error, I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my order.

I am very satisfied with the processing of my order, but I was only lucky to receive the parcel when it was delivered. The parcel did not have my full address on it. The postal worker found me in his database and then reached me personally, otherwise the parcel would have been returned. So only with a lot of luck.
