Failed to deliver, refund eventually received. I ordered a decal set 31st January. 11 days later received an email to say item not yet dispatched but that it would be posted within the next few days. This was not acceptable to me so I email back requesting the order be cancelled and my money refunded. 4 Days later I receive an email to say my item had now been mailed. I again replied to say my order had been cancelled. On 23rd Feb I had neither received my refund or the product that had allegedly posted to me so I opened a dispute via Paypal. A refund was then received the following day. Very poor communication throughout - not a happy buying experience.

I benefited from free delivery. Fortunately, the products on offer are among the most expensive on the market.

when I placed my first order, all the models were in stock, but when they were delivered much later, one model was missing, which led me to place another order and incur additional costs, all due to poor stock management.

My case is simple, I order two models and I only get one of them. I tried to contact them explaining the problem and I have not had any response .... and it has been 10 days. Given this lack of response, I do not recommend anyone to buy any item through this website.

With paypal, if a dispute arises, the seller must provide proof of shipment. However, 1001 shipments seem to be random and not their main concern, so taking a few precautions is essential, and it's not over yet. I was debited on January 17. 5 calendar days (3 working days) later, on January 22, I received an e-mail stating that your order no. 32571 had been dispatched and that you would be receiving it shortly. On January 31, there was no delivery notice, no delivery, no news. Your telephone service does not answer you are unreachable. Hello, since you're asking for my opinion, here it is: I'm surprised that I haven't received my order yet, since I've placed orders for similar products on other sites and they've already been delivered. On the other hand, I'd like to congratulate you on being much quicker than your competitors when it comes to direct debit. However, I hope that I'll be delivered, even if I won't be taking legal action for a small loss.

Order 32661 dated January 21, 2014. The kit arrived on February 6 after a full 16 days despite being marked as immediately available and shipped with DHL. Above all, communications with the customer are deficient: responses to my numerous e-mails about the status of the order have always arrived several days late. One does not run an e-commerce site this way: a customer should be informed promptly especially if his shipment is delayed for any reason.

NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES Placed my order for two items that were stated as in stock with a delivery in 10 days from their US store. After I finished with the PayPal payment I was sent a conformation email that stated the items were overseas and to expect 15 business days for delivery. The items would be sent to their US location and then mailed out from there. They stated that the process to arrive at their facility would take 7-9 days. Already being frustrated with being lied to I emailed the company on day 10 to find out the status of the order. Their response was ""It appears that two of the products you have ordered is unavailable and unfortunately we do not know when it will be again. Following your request, we will refund USD 48,49 on your credit card or Paypal account.""At no point did I ask for a refund nor was there ever a refund! I ended up having to open a Paypal dispute that was escalated to a claim which I was awarded the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER-THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THIEVES!
