I therefore missed my son's birthday by leaving on the basis of your time commitment, without which I would have made other purchasing arrangements. Much too long.

1:200 scale models are too hard to find (in France) for those who want to get as close as possible to the details.

Too many items unavailable 80% of catalog.....

The glue cap was broken and cracked, so the glue was unusable.

The shipping costs of 799 are simply unreasonable for a weight of 200g. Delivery also took too long at over 2 weeks.

Never had a bad surprise with this site. Good choice, especially for aircraft models on 148 readable site pages (although some items have no sample photos). Correct prices. In short, a serious site with which I've become accustomed.

Being in New Zealand I expect it to take a week or two for items to arrive but Payment was accepted on the 8th and I got an email on the 21st to say my item had only just been shipped. It was only one set of decals, what was the hold up? Apart from the delay in postage though I would use them again.

I ordered an etched part for Horten Go 229 but received a completely different part. Then I wrote an email saying that I had received the wrong item and was told succinctly that unfortunately this can no longer be changed. Would only order from a German company in Germany! Hands off!

A delivery deadline of 5-9 days was not met and it is also strange that the receipt of the order is recorded twice in the log - once at the time the order was placed. Then the receipt of the (advance) payment was noted and after some time (3-4 days) had passed my inquiry regarding the status of my order was answered by saying that it could only be packed and shipped once my payment had been received. However, this had already been received beforehand, but AFTER the payment had already been made and confirmed in the progress log, the order had been received a second time. As if this was just the beginning of the order. This is naturally confusing for the customer. In fact, I received the goods much later than promised in the online store. The goods were intact but carelessly packaged. The cardboard box on one side of the kit boxes was stuffed with crumpled packing paper - only very loosely. But the rattling of the injection molded frames that could be clearly heard from the outside gave rise to fears that the kits, which were only very sparsely cushioned on the top, bottom and right side, might have suffered. But in the end this was not the case. I was very pleased that I received kits that many of the dealers I asked had already described as 'out of stock' 'no longer being produced' 'no longer available' 'no longer being produced' etc etc.. In the end, however, this gave me great pleasure and is also the decisive factor - namely that the advertised products are available even if they are out of stock elsewhere - and therefore the aforementioned defects should not be considered serious.

Good service, but above all the no longer produced Aromaster colors are still available here, so I was able to secure my next 2 projects (authentic colors for a Finnish and French fighter from the 2nd World War)!

The order I placed on 3110 has not yet been delivered !!!! How can I continue my collaboration with 1001 maquettes?

My opinion does not leave on the entire transaction because to date I still have not received my package ... no tracking possible ... not terrible

I ordered quite easily for a first time! with this method I avoided driving more than 120 kms to find what I was looking for and I'm still not sure I would have had this choice impeccable delivery to the glue mainte

I placed an order 1 and a half months ago. After 3 weeks all the products were available and the parcel was about to leave but nothing...I had to contact the site several times to find out what the status was...it's coming in the next few days...I had to follow up every week then every 2 days. In the end I got my order but no explanation 1 and a half months later and no apologies.

The order that has sent this mail I estimate that they have been late in supplying it (order on 2110 received on 611 by mail) The shipping costs despite the high coupon. Possibly they would have to value the amount of the order and the customer's account.

I understand that the large number of items dictates a certain levity on description but at least you should give the customer a clear idea of what you are offering.

Until my last two orders I was more than satisfied. And then the problems started the day before last, I was missing a B17 and a DC 3, which were the lifeblood of my order, despite the fact that when I placed the order they were available, and there was no delivery note in the order. The last order I placed was for three B17s to recover the amount I had invested and, as usual, delivery took almost a fortnight to arrive. Here again there was a problem, only one B17 in the parcel and here too there was no delivery note. I call back and still nothing. I would like to say that there were four B17s available when I ordered. I don't understand how a delivery service that worked so well can become so negligent in such a short time. And how no one cares about the problems that are brought to their attention. Between the missing items and the cost of nearly thirty euros to the bottom left for my apple, what I want and demand is the equipment ordered as quickly as possible. I myself work in a stockroom for a Japanese company, and I can tell you that errors of this kind are not accepted and dealt with in the shortest possible time.

Before the parrafada I'm going to write summary: I was treated rude vulgarly rude and did not even bother to try to help me. I ordered the model of an Audi Quattro to give it to my father for his birthday on September 24. I was sure it would not arrive for his birthday on the 29th but it said 1 to 2 weeks so I told my father with excitement. Through the DHL tracking number I saw that it left on September 24th and I thought this is going well. I finally remembered to call today October 28. I was surprised that the number was french even though I was on 1001maquetas.es but well, I defended myself and called. I started well by simply asking if they knew what was the reason for the delay in delivery. The guy told me (I would call him gentleman or gentlewoman if he had had a minimum of modale Spain that he expected if it had only been 5 weeks. I told him that the website did not specify that. He told me in a bad way that it was obvious. I told him that he could at least ask me for the order number before assuming things. Once again in a bad mood he told me well if it makes you excited give it to me. After giving it to me he told me that if I had bought the normal non-urgent transport I could wait several more weeks. I told him correctly that there was no ticket as of September 25. He told me to talk to DHL. At this point I was already pissed off because of the bad treatment I was getting from the 'asshole' (excuse me) speaking to me in French. I told him in a correct but angry way that I had ordered from 1001maquetas not DHL. He told me to wait for him. I told him what kind of service is that. And his answer"""the one I'm giving"". I told him that if he was not going to help me or talk to me in the right way being that I was the customer I wanted my money back. He replied: That's what we will do. And he HANGED UP on me. I have been working in customer service for a company for 13 years and this is the 2nd worst service I have ever seen and I am fixed by work default. I will never order again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

A Rocky start but they delivered the product! One thing I am not used to is a vendor who charges a CC before they ship! This is not the norm here in the US! I ordered a brand new armor kit which they indicated they had in stock but they really did not! It took them 3 weeks, but they did ship the kit and it was received in good condition. Will I order from them again? Yes, but I will inquire about availability first, rather than rely on what is posted on the site. They have a tremendous selection of kits and I believe there heart is in the right place but they do need to pay more attention to updating stock level information on the site.
