the parcel was dispatched on 19 april 13 and I still haven't received anything to date: 24 may 13 this doesn't encourage me to renew the experiment

I will never use this company again. The goods have still not arrived after two weeks. Instead there are newsletters with models with Nazi symbols and tanks from the world war. If the package does not arrive within 4 days, I will ask for my money back.

Very wide choice, but very high prices, very high shipping costs and not very fast delivery. To be used only if you can't find it elsewhere ... the only case in which you agree to pay for everything.

Good for the product, true to the catalog image, not so good for the delivery time (product arrives from a warehouse and is shipped by the site (2 days lost at least) and finally, shipping costs of 5€ and change for a purchase of 289€ are petty. Indeed I ordered on 1001maquette recently the order was well taken into account and the money well withdrawn on my account the product of my order had taken delay for the sending thus a small e- mail to recall my order had been made themail to remind my order had been made on March 27 I received an e mail in return telling me that it was gone and that I would receive it soon we are April 11 and still nothing in the meantime I ordered on another site donation I received my order a few days later personally I would not order more on 1001maquette I was disappointed yet there are things that I like and that I would have ordered from eu these well too bad

I had booked express delivery to receive the parcel within the week. I didn't hear from him for the whole week, and it was only the following week that I received an e-mail telling me that my parcel was on its way. So I received it well after the 4 to 6 days I'd expected when ordering. I sent an e-mail before receiving it to find out why it was late and why I had received duplicate e-mails with errors in the automatic e-mails (one sentence did not appear correctly). I was waiting for an explanation. I received a few lines of reply with no apology, no explanation and, above all, no answers to my questions. So I sent another e-mail and I'm still waiting for an answer. This company doesn't manage after-sales service and customer relations at all. I'm very disappointed. Virtually unprotected packaging (a small piece of crumpled kraft paper insufficient to protect the miniature during transport. On unpacking, I see that the car's windscreen is broken.
