My order for decals A good place for some odd decals but their notification and keeping me informed of my order was no so good. I had to email them twice about my order and to get a shipping tracking number. A better response with the customer needs work on by customer service.

July 5, status says Order in progress (the items will in our facility in 5-6 days) I order July 3, order arrive July 27. But the order arrive pristine, good package. I was thinking rating 3 stars, for no keep client informed. I receive package first and mail status 1 day after. If merchandise not in stock at Arkansas, they must informed client about order in progress from 1001maquettes.fr Do i order again, yes i'll do, was new experience.

The package is neat a little long to leave but clean and the products are quite well protected

Nice selection weakness in follow-thru. I ordered six kits and got a confirmation of the order and notification that the order was filled. Then, two weeks passed with no comment whatsoever. I prodded with an email. They looked into it, then told me it was in transit. What I received was one kit short of the order and no explanation was provided.

I bought the model of the dodge charger RT 1969 replica GENERAL LEE which is in fact a drag version of the charger wheels a little big and the front fenders cut... but the car looks great if you add a few things that aren't in the rear seat/center console kit, remember to get the brown color for the interior and dashboard that isn't shown on the photo.... (it's black on the blister). I'm saying this because no one at customer service could tell me what the original model was worth in terms of identification... Only the decalcos are official... The customer service I called 2 times to be sure that the ORANGE s""translucent" paint was indeed a body paint but unfortunately the people I spoke to on the phone didn't know what they were talking about... So I bought a headlight paint and not a body paint. That's 2 pieces of information that didn't allow me to be sure of my purchase and what's more with the wrong paint because the site lacks a link to brush and glue paints for the model in question.... really too bad. I went to a model store to buy body and interior paint. Unfortunately, I ended up with a 5-euro can of paint that's useless to me and that I can't return because the return is more expensive than the can. So I won't be buying from 1001maquette again. But for a model-building pro who knows what to buy, it's an excellent site, but for a rusty guy like me, I'd have liked the support I've been getting.

The site is pleasant to visit, the product range is abundant and very often the prices are among the lowest on the market. Communication with sales staff is good. A small error concerning delivery times: items shown as being in stock on the site require a few days before dispatch (order relayed to the supplier). Shipping is therefore not immediate, even though the order appears to be processed. That said, a very conclusive first experience

In terms of communication and speed of delivery, nothing to complain about. The only drawback is that, despite the rigid cardboard packaging, the box containing my model arrived dented and therefore damaged at two corners, which is a bit messy for a gift. The fault lies more with the carrier than with the merchant site, but it would be a good idea to think about stronger packaging.

Furthermore, although an item was available on your site but not really, I was issued a credit note without ever being offered a refund.

I put 3 stars good seller but the delivery time is absolutely not respected. I paid 8€90 for a delivery sent in 48h delivered in 5 days max (6€90 in eco 10 to 15 days). I was very disappointed with my order for 3 model ships. In your description they were marked 77cm long, but when I received them they were only 50cm long. I asked why and was told that this was normal since they were World War 1 ships, but then you should mark the correct dimensions on your site. I made this order because I thought they were 77cm long models. Correct your descriptions, they don't correspond to the correct dimensions.

I find the site well constructed, with facilities for searching for models according to a number of different criteria. Order processing is fairly quick and without any major problems. A very good site for all budding modelers as well as novices in the field.
