Hello, parcel well received, however the box is damaged and too large, the model boxes are not held correctly, so packaging problem. Fortunately, the model boxes did not suffer. I have had two experiences with this seller, the first was bad and the second was good. I first bought an idea product 10 months ago which was supposed to be available in 2 months, 2 months came and went, 4 months came and went and nothing had happened. after a few complaint emails I could have my money back or have the money as a voucher for their website. I opted for the voucher as I wanted to give the seller a second chance and this time I was not disappointed, everything arrived in good condition and even earlier than expected. My conclusion, criticism, and tip to the seller would be not to buy a pre-order product (and not to offer them Mr. Seller), because in my and many other cases the seller offers products that do not exist and are only speculated. My product was offered and sold to me even though it was not clear if it would ever be made again and after I got my money it turned out that it will indeed never be made again by the manufacturer in the foreseeable future. But as I said, as long as you don't pre-order anything bizarre I can recommend this store with a good heart
