I have not been informed of an out-of-stock situation I am not refunded for the out-of-stock product but I am stuck with a credit note (does this comply with the regulations or the general terms and conditions of sale, I don't think so). A lot of products, a lot of choice, it's a pity that shipping costs are expensive, that to get free shipping you have to buy a lot of 99€ and that return shipping costs are at the customer's charge. For info amazon returns are free and the minimum purchase for free shipping is 25€.
