Already had problems with the site once, the last order went smoothly for the most part, but what definitely needs to be improved is the communication for pre-order items. Last time the pre-order was not displayed, this time it was postponed without feedback. The postponement is not the problem, but the lack of notification that items will now arrive a month later. I discovered this myself purely by chance.

Everything can be found....a little expensive though.

The box containing the figures was half open and broken and one figure was missing.

The shipping was well done. The stickers were just way too small and thus not usable.

They put two matching black colors instead of matte and glossy but I will use it anyway.

The parcel was in poor condition on delivery and the model was out of order. I think that the models are not sufficiently secured and protected in the cartons. This is the first time that this has happened. This is a really good site that will not prevent me from recommending it again.

Very slow delivery! It's the 2'time I'm delivered in more than 3 weeks.... Otherwise great choice of parts. Thank you for allowing us to practice our passion.

3 weeks to receive my order when on the site it said 1 week. otherwise the product is very good.

Strange to receive an incomplete order when I receive an email warning me that the complete order had been shipped and that in the box there is no explanation or date of shipment of the complement.

The delivery did not correspond to my order: I received a German cargo truck instead of my order for a Half TrackUS.

Communication was good, also the item ordered was fine!, only I regret that there is no home delivery and it had to be picked up at a collection point!, this is very inconvenient especially if you do not have transportation!

Instead of two weeks we had to wait 5 weeks. Very disappointed and hesitated to recommend

Very satisfied except for the color pots themselves. It's a pity that you stick notices that cover up the color identification of the pots. This is very disturbing.

I didn't realise my order was coming from France, now I know why it took 2 weeks to arrive

Shipping was quick and trouble-free. But, and this is a real problem, it's a model to be assembled and all the instructions are in a foreign language (German - English) whereas the whole site is in French and I didn't see that there was a warning on this point. I complained and the site offered to return the equipment. That's a good thing. But I have to pay for the return whereas I consider that the responsibility is on their side. We'll see if they actually cancel the sale... So it's been a calamitous experience.

Hello, I received the parcel, but there is no reference or name on the paint pots. When two colors look the same, how do you choose? Also, is this water-based paint? I'm a novice, I wanted to put all the assets on my side to make a beautiful model, but I see that it does not start very well. Sincerely

The order went smoothly and the goods arrived safely within the originally stated delivery period. I was a little worried about the long delivery period without any feedback or status updates, but this was unfounded. I will be happy to order again!

Delivery time not respected. Almost three weeks to receive the items. But I was charged immediately!

I had placed an order on 18-01-24, After the order a few items turned out to supposedly have a 1 to 2 week waiting period. On 18-02-24 I was tired of waiting and wanted to cancel the order. At first they pretended not to understand what "cancel" means and said the order would not be complete until 27-02. After I kept insisting that I want my money back,they had quickly shipped the order incomplete against my wishes. Since the customer service is lying to you and apparently has no qualms about taking money out of your pockets with worthless service, I had turned to Paypal and refused the package in advance (I received an email with return instructions that I would have to pay the costs as well, they are a bunch of idiots). Now that Paypal is watching, after many emails in which I kept repeating myself, they finally agreed to refund my money. The package was only delivered back to the sender on 24-02, and now I'm still waiting for my money (220 euros). In short, a shady company run by shameless crooks and liars, who will try anything to get money out of your pockets.

I haven't received the order yet.
