I'll have nothing to offer at Christmas and the refund money is still not in my account. The prices are very fair considering everything, and there are figures that I have not found elsewhere! The quality is obviously high as the figures are original, and the (free) shipping was very fast. There are *some* figures with higher prices, if you want to save money on everything you will have to buy from more sites besides this one, but I have noticed that if an order is very large the margin of savings is greater. Good service in any case, and the items arrived safely packed and without any damage.

I placed an order that never arrived but was debited from my account. I had to call back several times to finally be told clearly that there had been a bug with my order and that I should place it again immediately! And of course with a commercial gesture! I finally received my order more than 1 month later, but of course I didn't even get an apology or a commercial gesture, even though they had told me on the phone!
In short, I don't recommend this site because I didn't get my gift when I wanted it and no apology or gesture! Very very very disappointed
