Good site, lots of figurines to choose from

Site navigation is sometimes a little counter-intuitive. Selection is very good, pricing is reasonable. Shipping speed is good, especially on trans-Atlantic shipments. I would like to be able to place wishlist orders for out-of-stock items so that when they become available again, I don't have to run the risk of missing them, since items seem to come and go very quickly. Sending an email notice would be a big help in this regard. I've also noticed that once in a while, the picture and the description of an item don't always match, but considering the size of the inventory available, it is not a real problem. In fact, sometimes it's amusing. 1001 Hobbies does a good job of replacing the old brick-and-mortar hobby shop and the masses of line catalogues with a single stop for the serious modeler.

Order never delivered

Well in relatively reasonable prices, usually have enough in stock and the only thing that subtracts a little it takes a little longer than normal everything else well and correct, easy to buy and quite explanation.

A reliable site for even expensive purchases. Delivery time, which does not depend solely on them, which could be shortened, It would be good if it is highlighted if the product is presnte in stock. Overall my opinion is of a good partner to buy modeling materials.

Good but high shipping cost !

They have many items and sometimes with good offers, but they have a couple of problems that have been repeated in several of the orders I have placed: - Slow shipping: they take a few days to ship the order - Insufficient protection of the items: they usually send them in the boxes of the models themselves, which are not very resistant, wrapped in bubble wrap, so they can be damaged in transport, since the carriers are not usually very delicate in handling the packages. To improve, they should put the bubble-wrapped models inside an external box that protects them and also avoids seeing the contents.

Poor communication/shipment tracking and now they keep contacting me about the review I left, it directly asked if I wanted them to contact me and saying no does not good.

1 month to deliver three bottles of tamyaet paints you have the courage to offer me a discount for my next order if it exceeds ..... A competitor helped me out in three days.

Excellent

Inadequate packaging, ruined the decals making them partially unusable. When ai ships a sheet whether decals or stickers, it must be sandwiched at least between two thick cardboard planes that stiffen and protect. Not a spring envelope. 20€ between shipping and product, €12.90 of product, and it is partially unusable. Improve the packaging.

Delivery of item from order date took 20 days - and this is not clear when ordering.
However - the 1001 Hobbies customer service team did answer on email all my questions regarding delivery.
UPS did deliver on agreed date and 1001Hobies do keep feeding you delivery information, (as do UPS).
The item was safely delivered and overall I'm happy with 1001Hobbies.

The delivery contained the products ordered, in the quantities specified. Delivery took a few days longer than originally planned.

Everything was okay. I just found the shipping costs a bit high.

The ability to communicate with the customer in their language and with accuracy on delivery of the product ordered is paramount in this business that crosses oceans and languages. The products selected had either one or two weeks for delivery for each. I totally understand wanting to ship the whole thing as ONE shipment vice more than one plus waiting for all products to arrive at your place to ship as one package...BUT this was never communicated to the customer. Nor did the package tracking ability work, once the package arrived in the customers country. Your "expected delivery" was April 25th (well after two weeks) yet it didn't show up, unannounced (and I was on travel) until March 2nd. I asked twice via email what the status of this shipment was and your replies never clearly answered said questions, only said you were "sorry". I just wanted to know when to expect this, track its delivery and ensure it wouldn't sit on my porch or mailbox for days until I got home as I wold have made arrangements for its pick-up. I did get an email from you saying it was delivered (which it was) when I was 2500 miles away from home...
I like your product selection and your prices were reasonable. If you can better address the above, you will have a fine company to order from.

The precise search is a little complicated, but the number of references is gigantic, making it difficult to find what you're looking for quickly.

Delivery times too long.

ordered and paid on april 6th. then there was nothing, only after asking and entering the transaction code the item was shipped in no time. after that it took less than three days until it arrived. i would like to shop here again, despite some difficulties.

The product was very good, but the delivery was made after having to complain a couple of times to the chosen delivery company. Also it was not delivered to the chosen locker.

Unfortunately, I would have to say that my experience with 1001 Hobbies is bad on the basis that I ordered an Eduard photo etched sheet and received a large model kit. Although to be fair they have responded quickly within normal working hours to rectify the problem which appears to have arisen through both items having the same reference number.

Correct order. Navigation on the correct page although the prices are not cheaper than in the official store so next time I will do it there. Very bad shipping. Paying 7,5€ for a shipment weighing less than 1kg and waiting 11 days when it is specified that the delivery will be made in 4 (since everything was in stock) seems to me very bad. For delay, this shipment costs 2-3€, not 7,5€. And also the envelope arrived broken and completely wrinkled and the goods deposited inside with little security, receiving blows and so on.

Took a long time to get my order. It arrived in good condition, but think it could have been sent out sooner as the web site said it was in stock.

Product corresponds to my expectations.only small hitch delivery time a little long.

Order took ages to come. Informed one item not in stock. Email said order cancelled. Then order delivered with both items in it. Looks like no one knows what’s happening. Also an insult that I had to pay for postage and packaging. Order said delivery in 7 to 9 days that was a joke try 3 weeks. Very unlightly to order again.
