Fast and reliable follow-up. It's a pity that the supplier is obliged to stick these labels on the 10ml tamiya paints, totally hiding their references... But that's not 1001h's job.

my order was 2,5 x 1000mm threaded rods, please specify that they should be straight in comments - they arrived totally bent in a 40x40 cm box in which it is impossible for them to be straight - they are useless to me money wasted.

I received damaged paint pots at home. 1 jar broken and therefore the other jars under the paint and not visible what color the jars have. During contact via email you indicate that it is your fault and not ours. You should take the paint back, but refuse to do so. Not nice to the customer. Solve something like this . so the rating is a -5

Hello and thank you for your message. We are sorry for this situation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a can of paint that has already been opened: it would make no sense. However, our customer service department has normally offered to send you back the can in question, and I believe they were waiting to find out if the other cans of paint, apart from being splattered, were still usable or not, apart from the purely aesthetic effect and in no way hindered their use. I've ordered before with no issues. Processing time seems to get items shipped always takes a day or two longer than most hobby shops. The first set of r/c bodies I've ordered in the past arrived safely in boxes. This last order had to come from France and the bodies arrived in bare bubble wrap. I was completely shocked it wasn't in a box, luckily there was no damage to the bodies.
Knocked off 1 star for packaging concerns, I can deal with slower processing times since I'm often ordering parts that are long discontinued or hard to find elsewhere.

Apart from the fact that there was no visibility of the delivery date on the order (which was marked "in stock", then "in stock from:", indicating a new date), the product arrived relatively quickly (and earlier than the date indicated following the change described above), and in perfect condition.

Ordered paint specifically as the web site (and my order details) stated it was in stock. Two weeks after order I enquired about the delay, an update was told 1001Hobbies was still getting some paint from their supplier (I.e. not “in stock”). Three weeks after order I requested a refund as there was no progress, but was told that a refund was not possible as my order was now being compiled. Order was finally delivered more than 4 weeks after the order was made (and after I had given up waiting and purchased the paint from elsewhere.). I was not impressed!

The web address is misleading, it seems as if they are a UK company with a .UK address. However they ship from France which, other than the time factor was not an issue due to the low value of my purchase. Had I bought an expensive item, I would have found myself liable to import duty and Vat, adding considerably to the cost

I liked the product but this was a gift and came in a box with a picture of the item on the outside. My wife came home before me and saw the box. I was really frustrated by this. The product was fine. Really nice, in fact. But I didn't get the option to select that it was a gift and I assumed it would come in a normal brown box. This was pretty disappointing.

Website is fine but aftersale is not good. Bought airbrush that did not work properly. But they could not do anything for me because the airbrush was used once and then the article could not be returned.Strange because you have to try such an article once to find out that the product does not function properly. I have now just ordered new parts elsewhere at my own expense. I don't think I will be buying anything here anytime soon, too bad because they have quite a lot of items.
