Must pay in advance, but if a part is not delivered then you get a credit. you should be able to choose an alternative. choose and alternative item then again shipping costs. not very customer friendly

The model graff Zeppelin is rediculously expensive at over £60.00. It is also very badly finished- sprue everywhere and the parts are poorly finished. I would have returned this if the supplier was in the U.K. extremely disappointing

The site itself is well designed and shipping is relatively quick. Ordered on 21.01. and delivered on 25.01. Can't complain about that. Unfortunately the battery was/is defective. Since then, extra forms have been filled out by 1001 Hobbies, photos have been taken and over 5 emails have been sent, but so far we have been put off with the fact that the dealer has not yet replied. This is really unacceptable...

At the time of writing this review I have had to wait 6 weeks for one item, the other is yet to be delivered. There was no contact from them, I had to chase several times to find out what was going on. Very poor customer service and really bad business practice. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great. I would give an excellent review except that the tracking was not very informative. Since I travel frequently I rely on tracking to help my scheduling. Sometimes I have to let friends and family know that a package is arriving. I don't like leaving things out by my front door because of other people stealing objects from doorsteps.
