Received wrong order and poorly responsive customer service. I had to chase it myself several times before a resolution was reached.

Not very cheap but got exactly what I was looking for and under the motto "better expensive than not for sale" I am happy with my order

had to wait more than 3 weeks for a product coming from the EU. I have already had faster service for articles from the UK and even USA

I had to wait because some products were not in stock ,but I then received everything packed to perfection ,

I would like more information about the products, such as number of pieces, whether or not they have photoengravings, that kind of information that sometimes helps me decide between one model or another. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the speed of shipping, packaging, etc.

Easy ordering on the site, well-protected parcel and problem-free delivery. Only downside: stock management, items indicated as "Immediate dispatch" are not necessarily available in stock. In my case, 9 items were ordered and immediately available at the time of ordering, but none were in stock. Apart from that, it's a good store.

Delivered within the time promised. Just wish they could do it a little quicker. ;)

Quality product but very long delivery time (1 month). However, I was reimbursed for the shipping costs as soon as I asked about the order when I just wanted to know the status.

Currently very negative. Ordered two 1/72 scale aircraft kits and received two sets of paint masking.

I have to admit that once I explained the problem, they solved it in very few days (exactly 4 days). I also want to emphasize that although they take a long time to ship, the shipments arrive very well protected.
