Communication full of errors, confusing, they take a day to respond, the order arrived a month after the purchase and things were missing. I cannot recommend buying from this store. Not at all satisfied with the purchase and will not buy again if I have another option.

Some good, some not so good... An order took a long time to be honored, and the supplier was missing a product. So be it, but no customer contact to propose an alternative.
After a phone call after 5 weeks, a compromise was quickly found and the order received 48 hours later. It's a shame not to contact the customer sooner in case of a problem.

Poor instructions, especially for paint. Poor customer service as a part was broken in the pack and they say they dont make them anymore??? Finally, poor fitment. Will not buy another Trumpeter product.
