I am very disappointed with the way my order is being handled. The website states that my package is “shipped”, but according to the tracking from Mondial Relay, it has been stuck with the sender since March 13. Despite several attempts, I have not received any response from customer service. To this day, I still have not received my package and have not received a clear explanation.
