Good reliable service, delivered 3 days earlier than expected.

Everything is fine!

No problems except I paid the extra charge for tracking in the USA and the �tracking� was basically useless. It never gave me an actual location just (eventually) that the item had been delivered to the destination country...pretty broad as it�s a pretty big country. But the model did arrive safe & sound and in general I was pleased with the service.

1 star because 0 is not possible. Ordered a model on December 4 and opted for fast delivery at more than 8 euros to be sure to have it for Christmas. On December 10 no news, no tracking number, so I emailed to find out the status of my order and was told that they were waiting for the product and would send it to me as soon as they received it. Re mail from me on December 15 because still no news and then I'm told they had a stock problem and that the product is no longer available a week before Christmas and I'm offered a model that has nothing to do with the one ordered which I refuse and I therefore request a refund of 145€78 which I hope will be done as soon as possible that my grandson is a gift for Christmas. 1001 maquettes I

CancellationCancellation after 2 days, i.e. within the GTC period (14 days) is ignored. Feedback is not given even after repeated e-mails. Only ever told that delivery will be made. Telephone contact not possible constantly ""busy"" return complicated must first be requested - costs to be borne by the customer - I no longer trust this company at all. My conclusion: I have never experienced such dubious customer treatment in e-business - I will never buy here again and will not recommend this store to anyone. Update from 16.12.20: As suspected, I am now supposed to return the goods to FRANCE at MY COST although I had canceled early and therefore would not have had to pay shipping costs. After reviewing other one-star ratings, I have no desire to wait for weeks for a refund of the purchase price. In addition, 1001 would like to know more about the incident from me - presumably my e-mails cannot be read because everything is clear from them. I'm not going to waste any more time here, I'll keep the overpriced goods and close the case for me once and for all. Update of 29.12.2020 on the reply from 1001: now it is claimed that my e-mails were not recorded even though my cancellation e-mails were used for further replies to delivery notifications from 1001. I have all the correspondence from 1001 as well. I guess the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. End of story.

RECEIVED THE ORDER ALL CORRECT AND WELL. THERE WAS A DELAY IN RECEIVING THE ORDER DUE TO LACK OF SOME PRODUCTS BUT WHEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM YOUR COMPANY INFORMING ME OF THE REASONS FOR THE DELAY EVERYTHING WAS ANECDOTAL. ALL CORRECT AND WELL UNTIL NEXT TIME.

I have already claimed twice that I placed an order on 15-11-2020 and a month later it has not arrived. The explanation they give me is that it is in the post office, which is a lie. The post office has already told me that nothing has arrived to them, they have simply made the inscription but without delivering the package. I need them to tell me if it is going to arrive before the 23rd if it is not going to arrive the best thing to do is to cancel the order and get my money back. 1 month waiting for a package that anywhere else I order it will arrive in 3 days at the most.
