order of 711 I was to be delivered on the 23rd ...nothing on the 24th message informing me that I had refused the parcel ?? on the 30th parcel available again ...but nothing at the relay point. today parcel apparently available again . third trip to the relay point (time taken out of my working hours) still nothing ... The delivery was quite slow (this was indicated on the website by the way because it is due to the structure of the store) so it was only 14 days later that it was offered to Post NL Who also needed almost a week but that is not the fault of the store What is annoying is that 1 of the boxes was flattened apparently without damage to the contents but the shipping box was apparently not resistant to the forces encountered during transport I have had better experiences elsewhere
